Buying a shop in Wales

Hello, I’ve found a shop for sale in Wales. It’s a small village shop, on a main road and close to a campsite which has 100,000 visitors a year and is fully booked during the summer season. My partner and I have both managed Hospitality and Retail operations so we are used to long hours and hard work, we figured we may as well just do that for ourselves. We would be looking to sell hot drinks/food out the hatch as another revenue stream. It’s £142,000 for a licensed freehold. It’s a broad question, but what options do I have to raise that money? Could I get a loan from the bank, would I need a deposit? FYI - I have an excellent credit rating, but no assets. My partner has a mortgage on a house of around £190,000 but isn’t wanting to risk losing that. What’s our best move? TIA

I run a web design company, and another company has reached out to me to create websites for their clients as it’s currently not something they offer. We haven’t discussed details yet, but should they want to replace the “website by” on the footer to say their company name and place it in their portfolio - I would feel a little uneasy, as they would pass off my work as their own and would now then be used for them to make money without any sort of commitment that they must use me again in the future In this scenario, I feel like if they did want to label my work as theirs there should some sort of additional fee or guidelines to follow Any suggestions?

Hello, I’m thinking of starting a home-based bakery, but I’m not sure what exactly I need to get started. Particularly, I’m thinking of selling cookie boxes since I’ve recently broadened the types of cookies I can bake, but I’m not sure if I have to have some super elaborate packaging like other home based businesses since I don’t have much money to invest in the business. Additionally, in my country, home based businesses are not allowed to buy advertisements, hence I’m planning on using Instagram and word of mouth to help grow my business. Are there other ways for me to promote my business? Any advice is welcome as this is my first business.

Hey there, I have a jewelry online business and we currently sell around $500 per month. However, we have seen we are dropping in sales a bit. We have around 2.6k Followers in IG and that is our main source of customers. We do a giveaway once every 4 months (for valentines, mother's day, etc..) and we also have a newsletter (no sales from the newsletter so far). No sales from facebook ads so far, I think the pixel is not very well optimized yet as we have only 100 sales so far. We cannot optimize it for "purchase" as we get a forecast of 0 Sales.
