Furniture refurbishment and up cycle of bought or found old furniture.
Has anyone in here ran a small business like this? We actually have plenty of clients coming in that pay well but finding time to finish the pieces to our standards is taking to long and leaves to much space between the clients. I’m thinking we need to add some type of easy, fast, small home decor item that will constantly bring in something to fill that space. It’s just my wife and I doing the work and changing our daily work and business schedule is needed to ensure we cover all the bases as efficiently as possible. So I guess we need help in time management as well 😅😥. Also we both have full time jobs and a 6 and 4 year old TLDR - furniture refurbishment biz. Need ideas for money between clients and help with time management.
