So I’ve had the idea to do some anime inspired clothing. I want to put existing anime series printed on the clothing and I was wandering would their be any copyright? Would I be okay using brands like Naruto or yugio? Or would I need to pay some royalty’s ?

Best Spot for Printing Promotionals / Tchotchkes for Small Business Owners

Hey Reddit, Helping a friend of mine with her new startup biz, and want to get her some promotional "swag" she can give to prospective clients. Think: pens, notebooks, other tchotchkes. The order won't be in bulk per say quite yet as her client base is small to start, but wanted to pick the internet's brain on where you've had a good experience ordering from? I have the logo ready to go, just trying to find the best company to work with. Would love it if we could find another SMB who does print work. Tips for paying first employee

**I'm going to hire my first part-time employee soon and I'm wondering if anyone has some advice on the best route to take.** I'm going to pay them $100 even for every project they complete, and they're going to do 1-2 projects per week. In total it's about 3-4 hours to complete a project. The person I'm hiring is still in college and it's meant to be a little side hustle for them that also helps me out. **Do I need to get a W-9 from them if the payments are only $100 per week? Is it acceptable for me to pay them via paypal?**

How to market a high end home automation business with low budget?

So this client is giving me headaches. If it was a "normal" client I wouldn't work with them, but the CEO is my uncle and I'm very close to him and he needs my help because his business isn't doing great. As I said in the title, it's a home automation business that sells to high net worth individuals. We tried Facebook advertising before and it wasn't a success (I'm usually very good at FB ads), maybe because the creative was poor. The business only has a budget of ~300 USD a month and having good creative is hard with no money. We barely attempted content creation and branding but maybe that's the way to go? I'd like to do something that's more ROI oriented but don't know what. Maybe FB ads would work better with better creative? What would you do for this business? Thanks in advance.
