Someone copied my business, down to the name
Title pretty much says it all. My husband and I own a small, online based retail store that sells a few other goods. We were made aware today by my good friend that someone in the UK has opened up shop with our same business, same ideas, same demographics and even a few designs. We have been quiet online for a few month to create amazing products by hand and release them all at once, but have still be accepting orders and such. Given that they are on all the same social media sites as us, there is no way they didn’t know we existed. Given that we are in the US and they are in the UK and both of our stores are online based, is there anything that I can do? I have documentation from about a year ago claiming the name and they just launched in January. This is a form of income for my family and a source of happiness and pride, and a creative outlet as well. I want to protect it as best that I can. Any and all advice is appreciated!

Is it too late to start a power washing business? Is it too saturated?
I'm thinking about starting a power washing business but I'm afraid of failure. I want to start within the next month or two but I'm afraid of just wasting my money and the business not doing well

The legalization of recreational marijuana in New York has blazed a new landscape for consumers. But the timeline isn't exactly blunt. Here's a timeline of when you can smoke marijuana, grow it, and sell it legally under New York's new weed law. https://t.co/bm5TTIqJT1 https://t.co/ttrBfkSMT0

Crypto wallets/staking/ interest best options
I started with crypto in 2019 just a little with coinbase and been buying a little bit of everything. I hate the fees. Am looking to find the best wallet, Interest, and Staking options available for only investing a little bit. Under $1000. Mostly looking for: - Low fees or minimal so I can buy monthly w/o too much penalty. - best staking/apy % etc out there - safe and secure Really narrowed down some options. To Biance, Kraken, Celsius, and Crypto.com... thoughts???? I am NOT looking into hardware wallets yet. Don't have too much invested at this time. Want flexibility to do more with crypto later but want the highest % and flexibility with minimal restrictions. Really looking to grow my crypto and get a little bit more. Any suggestions would be great.

Opinion: MSTR better than Bitcoin
I know this opinion will draw ire (was removed from r/Bitcoin within minutes) but hear me out and please share your thoughts. Looking for healthy discussion. I actually think MSTR stock will be a better Bitcoin investment play than any BTC trust or ETF on the stock market, or even Bitcoin itself over the next 10 years. Here is why: 1. MSTR is a well-run company that produces ~$75M in profit every year from their actual business. 2. They already own 90,000+ BTC and clearly do not plan on selling. 3. If a crypto bear market does come, MSTR will just keep adding to their BTC position and will have more in the next bull run. 4. MSTR will protect their BTC better than just about anyone. 5. There are no fees for owning MSTR stock.

Where do retailers buy the products they are selling?
Like, do they contact 1001 manufacturers and say something like"hey, i'm interested to buy this X product of yours."? Is it possible for retailers to come into an agreement like a contract or some sort with those manufacturers to become their vendors? by contract i mean having them put their products in retailers's shelves, and share the profit between the retailer and the manufacturer. Is there anyway where retailers don't have to actually buy the things they are selling but still having their shelves stocked up? i know this sounds dumb, but to buy everything and sell them at an increased price to get the margin profit is really really expensive. I just want to know if there is other option than that. Is there any reading material regarding this issue you can recommend to me? Please help me to understand supply chain management.

Help: someone is ripping off my business name
I’m a personal training gym owner who has owned and operated a personal training gym for the last 9 years. Without giving personal details, let’s call my gym Sweat Club and say we’re located in Dallas. Another personal training gym owner, offering same services, approximately 15 miles away in a town close to Dallas, is upgrading to a larger location (right near their old one) and changing the name of their facility to Dallas Sweat Club. What recourse do we have and what would you suggest we do? They are planning on opening in two months. 1. They directly ripped our name off. They follow us on social media and have been active in commenting on our posts for years. 2. They are not even located in Dallas, we are. 3. This is going to be confusing for customers and confusing in the online space. Any help is appreciated!

Does the reddit adds work? And if it serves its purpose, how can I use it?
I was called in for an ecommerce business idea by my uncle and aunt and I wanna make it/see it grow. Im aware that the're is a big community diversity here on reddit and Im trying to pull in people that are artsy/interested in african art and sculptures. I think that reddit might be a gold mine, but I gotta see results to fully stand 100% on this. So I've thought on using reddit ads, how can I do that? And if there is anything I'm missing or overlooking something please let me know! Thanks!

While s'mores are filled with nostalgia, creating an adult version means bringing in better chocolate, a more interesting marshmallow and a cookie with greater depth. But if you’re only making a single swap in your s’mores, upgrade the chocolate. In place of the graham cracker, use a cookie with structure and spice. Marcus Samuelsson, chef-proprietor of the Red Rooster restaurants and others, shares a ginger cookie recipe with wsjoffduty: “It’s important the cookie isn’t just another layer of sweetness,” he says. “The kick of ginger will balance out the chocolate and marshmallow perfectly.” Get the recipes at the link in our bio. 📷:: yungbludlau for wsjoffduty
