Martin Wolf: Given the Russian atrocities recently discovered in Ukraine, it is time for Europe to curb imports of Russian gas. Doing this would, it seems, devastate Germany's economy, but new research suggests that this fear is exaggerated https://t.co/rmS1CK6qDC https://t.co/WSpCoX9UMI

Best option for creating a website?

I have always heard not to trust GoDaddy. What are some other options? Has anyone used Google to set up their website? I’m not sure if this will be respected, but please do not DM me about your website creation services.

Buying business…

31yr old married with two kids currently in the process of buying business from father-in-law with a partner. It is a software business I have worked at for 7 years and managed entirely for the last two years. The company has 1.1 million in annual revenue and around 450k in profit. He is asking 500k for the business, I have been offered financing from him at 0% over two years, 250k for consecutive years. I have considered going to a bank and getting a loan to extend the period, but try to pay it off early. My only concern is paying off such a large amount in two years and not have much cash if needed. What would you do?

I want to start a restaurant business in my city. How do I find someone to invest in my idea?

I’m trying to set up a restaurant/event/festival business in my city and I see it being a huge success. But I don’t have the funds to actually start it at the moment. I don’t need that much, just like 25,000$ to start. My country is 3rd world so it’s not that expensive to build and buy land, etc. But if I save and save, it can take me 2 years, maybe even 3, to reach that amount. But I would like to start my idea as soon as possible. How do I find a person willing to invest in my idea? I’m not willing to sell shares permanently, but would pay well over the ask. I also don’t want to get a loan from a bank. I want more flexible terms. Are there any resources or solutions for this?
