Tracking your portfolio and economic indicators
2 issues I am trying to solve: 1. My investments are currently spread out between multiple sources (e.g. different investment platforms, bitcoin wallet, brokers etc). I want to view all of this in one place (preferably excel). 2. I am also interested tracking certain specific economic/stock market indicators (e.g. M2 money supply of certain countries, P/E ratios of certain sectors etc.). The sources of this info are spread out through the interwebs. I want to view all of this this information in one place (preferably in excel). Couple of ways I can think of: 1. Off the shelf program 2. Learn a programming language (Python?) that would help pull informtion from different sources using clever scipts 3. ??? Definitely prefer option 2 above. Whats are other options? How do you guys do it? Keen to get your thoughts.

Hi, I just wanted to share my excitement. I’m a freelancer. Struggled pretty hard last year with covid and everything. Almost gave up several times but kept pushing. I'm so excited. I've been working so hard building this business to what it should be and I hope you all can appreciate that! For those of you wanting to give up, just keep pushing forward. You can’t have success without failure.

Whoever at Pfizer decided to test at 16+ instead of 18+ is a marketing genius. When authorities tell you that only Pfizer vaccine 💉 is authorized for kids under 18, it automatically makes you believe their shot is “better” @Pfizer brand is having a big 2021.

Space travel, psychedelics, crypto, weed. Welcome to the portfolio of German billionaire Christian Angermayer. The 42-year-old's name doesn't ring many bells on Wall Street. But he's made a fortune in the past 12 months, riding the risks and fads of the great bull market in everything. A lifelong teetotaller, Angermayer cites his first psychedelic trip, in 2015, for changing everything — including his understanding of Bitcoin. He says the epiphany shapes his investments to this day. Full story at the link in bio.

Many companies train their managers to give feedback effectively, and often. But improving the skills of the feedback giver won’t accomplish much if the receiver isn’t able to absorb what is said. https://t.co/xaDZdBaZGW

Does anyone poll or question their employees about their happiness with the company?
MetLife does this annual survey and they found that the gap is widening between how great a company thinks they are, versus what their employees feel. And apparently 75% of those surveyed, feel that a company is at least partially responsible for their happiness. With getting talent being such as massive challenge, is anyone working hard or has implemented anything to work on their employee happiness?
