Clients don't respect working hours.
My clients are mostly recent graduates with no to minimal work experience. Even though we try to keep our communications on email and WhatsApp. Clients call at unreasonable hours and expect me to pick up. If I don't they'll call our sales team. They need calls for simple communications that can be done on email or texts. I can work after hours because it's my company but I can't ask the same from my employee who I'm going to hire next week for operations. Do you guys face the same problem? What do you think?

How do you find international buyers for your products?
Hi all, We are a small company manufacturing lighting products - lamps and lampshades. We normally supply our products to local retailers but we have exported our products a couple of times to the UK and Europe. My question is how do you find buyers who would want to buy your products in wholesale? Recently due to slump in domestic demand it has been a question of survival and we have had very few domestic orders. Hence we are looking to rapidly expand scouting for international buyers for our lighting products. Any tips would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!
