💰 If you've been at your company for more than a year, you're probably underpaid. That's because the red-hot job market has forced employers to offer high pay to new candidates — which has created a divide between rookies and veterans, @AkiIto7 reports. https://t.co/QMY5Ds1Km0 https://t.co/n7dVhJkc2d

Accounting Question: Billing Software to Clients
I am wondering if any of you have an idea of how best to bill software licenses to clients. For example, we use a couple of software licenses purely for project work and bill the client for a portion of that annual license fee. I was thinking of perhaps setting it up as a liability account and paying it down that way but I am not fully sure how that would work.

How to purchase a piece of equipment from an employee of mine?
One of my employees found a great deal on a piece of equipment at a garage sale. He decided to buy it for $1500 and wants to sell it to our shop for us to use. I'm wondering what would be the best way to go about paying him / reimbursing him for the machine, while limiting his tax implication where possible?

Is there going to be a recession? This is the wrong question for the US, says Martin Wolf. 'The right one is whether we are moving into a new era of higher inflation and weak growth.' If so, what might this mean? 👇 https://t.co/u3SgqBF0SD
