What’s your opinion on shutting down a retail store for lunch as the owner?

Hi everyone I’m a new business owner, I own a phone repair and refurbished electronics store. Recently I have been closing the store down for about 30mins-1 hour to go out to eat. I put a sign on the door that says out to lunch. Is this a I’ll advised habit? Are there any reasons I shouldn’t do this? Or is this not a big deal?

Breaking lease ramifications

I have had a retail store for 10 years and decided late last year to open a second location with a signed two year lease. Due to a number of reasons that location is not doing well at all and after careful consideration I have decided I need to close it. It is a totally separate entity than my first store. I am about to inform my landlord that I sublease from that I will be forced to break my lease. I will close up the company and the bank accounts as a result. I know they will keep my deposit of course but are there any other considerations I should take into account before doing this?
