How can I improve my door to door sales pitch
So I'm 14 and started a car detailing businesss. Since can't drive I get droppef off in a neighborhood with my wagon and supplies. I go door to door offering my services but most of the time people say no. How can I improve my success rate? If it helps I live in a upper class city. I mostly say hi my name is Zander, I recently started a detailing business. Would you be interested in any of my services. Then I would show them a price sheet.

How much do I charge?
I am starting my first business which is handyman and lawn maintenance. I contacted a property management company and they asked me what my minimum was. This was my first attempt to gain clients and I fucked it up a bit. They asked me what my minimum was. I didn't even think about a minimum charge per visit, but I told her my work is generally $30/hr. I feel like I need more planning before I reach out to more clients. What should I charge? I'm a bit lost. The management company mentioned that they had some light fixtures they needed installed. No idea how much I should charge them.

How should upfront costs be considered when calculating the break-even point?
Let's say you're starting a restaurant and you spend $100k for decoration and $100k for professional cooking equipment. How should these costs be incorporated into the break-even point? One way that comes to my own mind is to estimate the maintenance cost of these items and add it to the monthly expenses. Say, you need $15k each year to keep the cooking equipment in a good shape and also $20k to keep the decoration well. We could add (35 / 12 ≈ 3) $3k to the monthly costs. But this still doesn't really mean "break-even" because even if your monthly revenue is equal to your monthly costs, you've still made a $200k upfront cost which is depreciating.

Medium risk fraud order to freight forwarder via Shopify. Advice?
It's the first order I've received that's been flagged. The 2 main issues are the IP address being far from the shipping address and the billing address being from a different country to where the order was placed. They used PayPal. I googled the address and it seems to be the freight forwarder "Codotrans Inc". The thing that makes me the most wary is they're using the same shipping and billing address, so both are under the freight forwarders details. Phone number is also linked to the freight forwarding company. If I contact the customer what do I even ask? My store sells fairly niche mid priced women's clothing, I don't get too many orders and would rather avoid any potential issues :/

What are your best responses to "How are you going to compensate me for my time?"
I'm sure many of you have received a complaint followed by "And how are you going to compensate me for my time?" Sometimes the question can be ignored or worked around by resolving the actual problem. Sometimes people get unreasonable. I want to develop a boilerplate response to just cease that claim from being discussed further. The best I've got so far is: You don't work for me. You're here voluntarily. You can leave any time you want. Snarky non-serious suggestions also welcome for humor's sake.
