Bigger business wants to offload work onto me
A few days ago I decided to start a power washing business and see if I could pick up any work. I put an ad out and got my first call today, it is a bigger power washing company wanting to give two jobs to me. The first job is a one story power wash the house and roof for 600. Second job is a one story roof for 450. I told them I would call them back, my question is does anyone have advice on what I should say when I call back to sound professional? I want to accept the jobs

Would a tool to manage a loyalty program through iMessage/SMS/WhatsApp be of value to independent restaurants and cafes?
Context - My family has been involved in the restaurant industry since I was born, and I know that building customer loyalty is important. Most places that have loyalty programs do it with existing POS features, physical cards, or whitelabel apps (e.g. Per Diem. From I've heard, these programs tend to have disappointing results. With my family we have talked about creating a program that allows customers to earn and spend points based on visits to the restaurant, but with everything being managed through SMS/iMessage. The idea being this would require no app downloads (which people tend to avoid) nor physical cards, while creating a direct communication channel with the customer. I would love to hear the opinion of other restaurateurs and/or restaurant operators. Do you think such a tool would be valuable? Unnecessary? Thanks in advance!

Business Credit Card and Business bank account?
Hello, I started my business earlier this year and am very new to all of this. I am the only employee and I basically have an LLC and anticipate 80k-100k a year with 25k in business expenses per year, mostly equipment and subscription services. So I've done some research about why a business bank account is important as it makes things easier for tax reporting, but what I'm curious is if I use the card attached to my business bank account, I won't bet getting any points. Right now I have an Amazon 5% cash back (amazon purchases) and Fidelity 2% cash back on all purchases. I've made some major equipment purchases this year on those cards and got the cash back. My concern is if I need to have a business account, how can I also utilize my cash-back cards? Are there business accounts that offer such rewards? thanks for any guidance.

We sell/make a small toy like item that we sell wholesale we need Product Liability Insurance policy.
We need a general product liability insurance policy. We're currently with NEXT but we moved states and they're no longer offering coverage. Most of the online companies are brokers/affliates. Does someone actually deal with an INSURANCE COMPANY directly that offers General Product Liabilty insurance?
