So I have a full-time job and this year I started a business for fun. It's going well! I learned that I might be able to write off stuff that I bought for the business? I didn't think I would be considered business because I already had a full-time job. But it seems like I can write stuff off?

I did It. I finally put my website up and bought inventory. It’s failing. Lol I’m 25 single mom trying to make it and I don’t know what else todo… I don’t have any social media, my question is do you think linking (Instagram/ Facebook or Tiktok ) makes a difference? How to keep track of finances?

It’s a small business/ sole proprietorship. I have quick books online but the numbers on square are entirely different and it’s extremely frustrating and quite frankly I’d s waste of time sitting there trying to figure it all out. Would it be worth my time to make my own p&l statement and use that in conjunction with the balance sheet reports on square to keep track? Plus i thought about digitalizing my receipts to input my other expenses/deductions.

How to get more traffic?

Hi everyone, I am looking for ideas how to get more people to my website. I feel like I have a nice site and nice products. But I’m struggling getting people to the page. Any suggestions would be wonderful. I am not interested in paying for ads but it appears I may have too.

How did you find your PT/hobby/small business?

I have a full time job, but would love to be able to find something of my own to do on the side. I spend most of my free time reading here/throughout the internet to get ideas and inspiration. Was your concept from a personal hobby? Etc. Just looking for another Avenue of ideas.
