What’s the general opinion on utilizing a free email address for your official business email, I.e. gmail or hotmail, versus a tailored email that matches your business?

I have my thoughts and will share them if asked but I’d like to see how they align with a group of grow business owners.

Legal oversight of Intuit and Quickbooks

Who do they answer to? I find the disabling of importing transactions from an already downloaded file to fall well outside of any online service they offer. I paid for my desktop version which included the stand alone ability to import transactions. They reached in my computer and turned that off because I refuse to upgrade to their extortion pricing model. Who can hold them to account? Who do they answer to in this regard? It’s true scum businesses practices.

Options for creating a simple website

I’m opening a pest control business, an industry I’ve been involved with for over a decade. I’m familiar with performing the services and using the software for invoicing etc. but I have absolutely no experience in creating a website. I did register a domain, and have attempted to create a simple website but the load times are horrendous and it isn’t going as smoothly as I hoped. My question is, what is the best option to have someone create a simple website and how much should I expect to pay? Is there a large monthly cost for maintaining the website? It will only have info on the business and pricing, nothing else for right now. Thank you!

Help with my business

Hi guys So I was wondering, if make a product that costs me 15 dollars, but I sell for 20 dollars. But I still have to ship it overseas (New York US - UK London) how much would it cost to ship? And should I do free shipping or should I let the client pay for shipping? Thanks for the help!
