Customer charge backs. Should I sue?
Hi I run a tea and smoothie cafe. We have a website for customers so they can place orders for pick up. I recently had a customer who decided to chargeback over 15 orders ($350 worth) over the span of 2 months. I disputed this and the bank decided in favor of the customer. Since the orders were placed online, there is no fraud protection for the merchant. I have over whelming evidence that this is a case of “friendly credit card fraud”. This has become more rampant since the pandemic as more restaurants setup online ordering. I have video of the customer’s husband picking up the drinks, corresponding social media posts of her and her husband enjoying the drinks. We also email and text the customer for confirmation and pickup. My question is, should I proceed with small claims court? What if the customer decides to harass my business afterwards (like with more charge backs from their friends or bad reviews). I have emailed the customer once but with no response.

Want to start an advertising business.
I’d like to buy a few mobile digital billboards ($2,500 a piece), and partner with a couple business owners like mechanic shops , new restaurants, etc. to leave the billboards on their property to advertise for clients. I’m pretty good with computers also, so I wouldn’t have to pay anyone to create the displays that will go onto the billboards. Charging $200 a week , with a mandatory 3 week campaign. By that math, I’ll have my money back in less than 9 months. The billboards will be interchanging meaning 2 companies would be on each billboard. Example. Every 8 seconds it would show bills barbershop and the next it will show teds lawn services. So what do do you think?

Would a small business selling the contents of an MBA work?
Hi, As per title, I've actually taken the time to prepare a complete MBA syllabus based on the request of a relative. I'm actually considering monetizing this, but am unsure if it will be well-received or not. Personally, I have completed a Doctorate in Business Administration, which is somewhat similar to an MBA, except for higher standards of research. What are your thoughts? Would you spend money on this? Thanks

Does anyone else feel guilty when sending invoices?
I know, this makes zero sense. We run small businesses, not charities. But does anyone ever get a weird sort of... fear when sending an invoice? Almost like you're expecting the client to come back and say "It costs how much?" even when the fee has been agreed in advance? I feel silly even typing this, but just wondered if it's the case for anyone else.
