Making our first hire, an out of state remote worker, and we're unsure who we should be in contact with to make sure everything is compliant
We're a small business that is entirely web based, so far all employees have been in Texas, but we're hiring someone who lives in Michigan and will be working remotely. We foolishly assumed this would be easy-breezy but as we started to research what needed to be done we realized we were a bit in over our heads and we figure we need to look for help somewhere. Is anyone aware of companies that help with this sort of thing? Is this something where we should retain a business attorney in Michigan? (Or a local Texas one?) Any help would be very appreciated

How do you pick the right industry to find a problem in?
I feel overwhelmed about finding a problem because I don’t know how to find the right problem to work on. I come from a tech background but I don’t think that necessarily means the right problem for me has to be in tech. Any ideas on how to find problems to work on?

Looking for advice on a first loan
I have a business I am full owner for 10 years now, we're currently doing just under 1m revenue / 600k profit. I am looking to buy a domain name which may cost about 800k. It's somewhat time sensitive and we don't have the cash on hand. I've never taken any kind of loan except for a credit card. I never thought we would need a loan, but am suddenly very interested to try for one in this situation since I'm confident we can pay it off quickly. I am just curious what type of loans you would compare for this situation?

New business looking for website
New business that is starting out. We have only one product at the moment a CBD pain relief spray that we sell local. We just got our domain from godaddy. They offer a free website builder that is limited unless upgrade tier plan. I was thinking of creating a website either at Shopify, wix, or Wordpress. Not sure what site is easiest to create a web store for some one with no web design experience. Thank you Edit: will also be selling non CBD items as well

Training a Manager
I'm having a problem with my job site foreman. She's been with me for a couple of years, and she's great at her job. We can leave her in charge when we're gone, trust her with our accounts, and not to steal them, etc. But, the last three employees we've had working under her have had issues with her. I've seen her personality change as she's dealing with them. She's absolutely horrible to them, and each one has left our company. The current one just gave me notice that he's leaving. I've tried to talk to her about managing people, but it never seems to translate to actual changes. Does anyone have advice for me on how to fix this?

Small tshirt/totebag printing, printer recommendations.
Hi, Tshirt/totebag printer recommendation: I previously used a distrubtor however the costs they were taking were meaning I was having to charge ridiculous prices to make any profit. I want to invest in my own printer to drastically reduce the end customer cost. I have procured a smalll studio space, have my designs, negotiated a great deal for unbranded tshirts.totebags, buying in bulk allowing me to gain high quality material at £2/3 a piece allowing me to deliver vast savings to the customer. This is a start up, and i am unemployed so im ploughing ALL my savings left. After all other costs, im left with £250-350 for a printer capable of printig tshirts/tptebags primarily, anything further a bonus. Id be extremely grateful for any suggestions. As/IF the dresam grows, I will improve my equipment, buy for now 250-350. In advance, thanks,. I
