15% APR on a $47k loan?

We were offered $47k with a $54k payback over 12 months. Keep in mind we have only been in business 2 years and our past few months have an average of about $45k/month. It seems like we can't do much better, especially in today's financing market. Credibly tried to give us a 30% APR, which is absolutely ridiculous. Their reasoning was they no longer give loans to companies who haven't been in business less than 5 years. They really do care, don't they lol.

Ideas on what to name my jewelry and handbag online store using the word Rose?

I'm starting an online jewelry and handbag business but I can't think of a good name yet. I love red roses and would love to have a red rose as part of the logo. Anyone have any good name suggestions? I'd like it to be more on the edgy side. The "theme" is chic, dark colors, a little grunge, type of stuff. I was thinking Rose in Thorns maybe but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Red flag city?

I’m looking at leasing a retail shop is a large development and I’m a little concerned. The project was supposed to open 2 years ago but wasn’t even close at that point that I could see. Then COVID, so mostly inactive all of 2020. Shops still don’t look close to being open and they can’t give me a firm date for opening. A few businesses have dropped out, whether over the delay or business dealing I have no idea. The developer is also in a lawsuit with the company he co owns this development with. Are these all huge red flags that I should run far away from?
