Great business idea dont know how to reach the right people

I have had people create an app for my business and its not fully there because i spent my own money to have it done. Been trying to pitch the idea to big companies to really maximize the amount of revenue the app will bring. I know it will do well because it targets companies that waste money targeting the wrong customers each year and my goal is to have them target the right costumers for less while increasing their revenue. I studied the demographic these companies were targeting and i am certain if i got a chance to tell them i feel like they would go with it. I am even willing to hand the idea once they get all their money back it could become a partnership. How do i go about it?

What would it be called when an employee is discovered to be working on personal or non-work related items while on the clock? Specifically fielding phone calls for their other job. Some sort of inappropriate use of time or misappropriation of resources? I wan to issue a verbal warning for this behavior, but want it to be classified correctly.
