I'm unable to contact Facebook Business support:( Could use some help.
My Facebook Business ad account is disabled because they flagged my products for being "medical devices" per Facebook's policy. For reference, I sell blue light glasses and readers. After I saw the products were flagged, I submitted them for review in "Account Quality" and clarified that my reading glasses were not prescription glasses. They accepted this, and approved 10 of the 16 products that were flagged. This doesn't make much sense because all 16 of the products originally flagged have the same non-prescription reading lenses, hence there is no reason for only some of them to remain flagged. It won't allow me to submit the products for review anymore and I cant find a way to contact Facebook Business support. When I try, I am met with a screen that says "need help? contact support" in the bottom center. I am not able to click the "Contact Support" nor are there any emails I can use to contact them. Would love some help with this!
