Are "networking groups" completely useless or have nay of you ever gotten more than your membership fee out of one?
I tried one a few decades ago and found that everybody there was promoting their business (can't blame them for that) but that it was useless for actually *getting* new business. After completely forgetting about it for 30 years, I was approached by one to join, and while I don't need it at this point, I was wondering if any of you have ever had a positive ROI on your time and money from joining?

Grow As Graphic Designer
I'd like to start making money as a graphic designer, at the moment I'm looking for clients by DMing people on Instagram and asking if they need some design work. I have just 80 followers because I don't post much and I'm not active so I think people don't really trust me, the last summer by DMming people everyday I found some clients and made around 350€ but I can't spend the entire day doing that. Any advice? Thanks

Medical leave
Hey guys, I have an employee who had a surgery that makes it so he can no longer work, at least not at the job we hired him for (delivery driver). He will eventually be able to come back to work, but it could be a couple of months. He’s a good employee and I want to help him as much as I can, but I can’t afford to pay him and I need a delivery driver.. any advice? Is there a temporary disability he can go on? I live and operate in idaho. Tia

Advertising your local event cheaply?
I'm assuming this is a fiverr or craigslist gig but curious if I'm missing something or don't know about another website. I am running a real legal sweepstakes with a real vacation package for my brick and mortar store. Finding sweepstakes advertising websites is easier but still difficult as this is restricted to my state and requires physic tickets, not online registration. I'm looking for someone to advertise with their personal account on Facebook local pages and other local pages as we had previous success directly posting on those pages last year but do not want to tie my Facebook to the business publicly. Now though you can't exactly create a second Facebook account easily, Facebook knows too much and stops you. I also don't want to step on toes but need to advertise the sweepstakes outside of just Facebook and Instagram ads. Ideas? Maybe keywords to label the gig? Is it just really finding a marketing team instead being a better route?
