Finding and Hiring a Marketing Agency

I have been running a small business for 8 years through B2B sales. We are getting geared up to launch a product we can sell B2C. With that, I want to hire a marketing agency to assist us in SEO, Digital and Print Marketing. We need help telling out story and making our message strong to the costumer. I'm exciting to step outside of B2B (hello margins), but need to get marketing right. I have done most of it in house with the help of our graphic designers for years and have had some entry level marketing positions within the company. Any advice on finding a marketing firm welcome outside of googling "Best Marketing Firm Near Me" How do I set my expectations? How do I measure my results?

When to take out taxes?

Before I start selling things online, I'm trying to figure out when to take taxes out of am it sold. If I sell an item for $25, do I tax the $25? Or do I take out COGS (Cost Of Goods Sold) then tax? I've been trying to find this answer and can't seem to find it. Any help/tips are GREATLY appreciated!

So I live in the middle of the woods in the middle of no where. There is barely anything near by. I am a teen and can not drive yet but want to start a small business to make some money to move out. I make jewelry with crystals, spell bottle necklaces, and clay rings. But I am worried because There is already alot of stuff on Etsy and I really don't know if I should bother. I could do it and offer free shipping to people who live close to me but I don't know. If I can sell online how can I still sell my stuff? I'm guessing by word of mouth probably. Just telling people what I sell and if they have anyone who is interested in that to give them my email. But I am just nervous and really new to this. Because I live in the middle of no where its really either this or becoming a waiter and no god please no I don't want to be a waiter.

Tax Deduction: Schedule vs LLC

I am not 100% sure how to word this question. My wife and I started a small business and we have bought a few equipment for said business. I was planning that we can file a schedule C when we file our taxes to claim these as deductions. However, we're starting to get busy and thought of opening and LLC to protect our assets. The LLC would have to be in both our names and we won't have any employees. I assume that schedule C does not apply but can we still claim the expenses over 5k when we file our taxes with an LLC in both our names?

Anyone currently investing in the F&B industry?

If so, what are you setting up? Full disclosure I'm an architect and F&B concept developer and I want to know what are the trends for new business development. That helps me shift my focus accordingly. Thank you all.

Facing a problem with pushing my audience to buy

I recently started my own building which is basically a clothing line that initially targets college students. I’m taking baby steps, by choosing one uni at a time. But I haven’t make any sales yet (started about a month and a half ago). I did my homework of paying attention to tiktok and its algorithm, some videos went viral, had traffic on my website, but again no sale. What can I do better? I paid for ig promotion, paid for a third row ig blogger and all.
