Paying suppliers with CC and pay it off right away using debit šŸ§šŸ§

Earning rewards/points/travel benefits but do it very responsibly by setting instalments to pay every week. That way Iā€™ll never forget to pay and never pay interest or fees. Why not?

Describing myself and my work on LinkedIn

If you have a one-person LLC, should your LinkedIn profile describe you as the CEO of your company or as the kind of service provider you are? I work for myself as a tutor. I have a one-person LLC, no employees. So far, on LinkedIn, I've described myself simply as a tutor, but I've seen other people with one-person businesses describe themselves as CEOs of their companies. I suppose that, technically, I'm CEO of my little one-person LLC, but it seems ridiculous to describe myself that way. However, I'm interested in turning my service into a product. If my profile said I was the CEO of my tutoring company, rather than saying I'm a tutor, would I be more likely to network with people I could partner with to make video courses, publish materials, etc?

What are other Entrepreneur resources?

What other resources do you use to network with other entrepreneurs? Is there anything that is dedicated just for entrepreneurs to meet and talk to each other?

Accounting/order processing software for distribution company (to add to QuickBooks)

A few months ago I went through demos for Finale Inventory and Fishbowl. Both were impressive. Wondering if something better or "also very good" is out there worth checking out before making a decision. Our business has about 40 products in different packaging, of different production lots, sold from several warehouses. QB by itself totally fails as a practical solution. Would really appreciate recommendations from people with experience in this. Thank you.

Ways to link an Affirm approved ecommerce platform to godaddy?

I have a small business building backyard animal structures and would like to set up a merchant account with affirm to allow customers payment options, but my godaddy website isn't approved for their platform. Ive considered setting up shopify and have a link to a shop page within my actual website, but it's another 30 per month.. Here is a list they sent me: " Currently, we have direct integrations with the following platforms: 3DCart, AmeriCommerce, Aspenware, BigCommerce, Drupal Commerce, Inntopia, Lightspeed eCommerce, Magento & Magento 2, Miva Merchant, OpenCart, Punchmark, Shopify, Shopping Cart Elite, SunShop, Thinkspace, VTEX, Web Shop Manager, Wix Stores, WooCommerce, Zoey, and custom platforms built on ASP Classic,Ā ASP.NET, Java, PHP, CMS Max, Mojo, Nebhub, Shift4Shop, Solidus, Ultracart and Python." Ideas?

LLC and accountant

Hello, After being a sole proprietor for some years, I recently registered my business as an LLC in California, US. I wanted to know, what documents and information will my tax/accountant need from me and where can I easily access them? Thanks in advance!

How do you talk about launching a business without being obnoxious?

So I'm boot strapping an online business and want to post it everywhere and tell everyone but I don't want to be obnoxious or clutter. Who has ideas on how to tactically get attention to your site?

Online book sales

Whatā€™s your opinion on an online bookstore? Iā€™ve been thinking about it for 2-3 years and bc of school Iā€™m only just now getting around to start it. I feel like COVID has created this push for people to start companies and businesses. Any tips also? I have had 1 business before and it ran very successfully(for a freshman college student putting in 10-15% time/effort-I was able to make $800-1000 per month). I have sources to get my inventory for free & I was thinking about creating a delivery structure to be as close to carbon neutral as possible. I have taken 1 business course(intro to business ethics) so any other recommendations would be highly appreciated. I donā€™t expect anything take off honestly. I wouldnā€™t even expect to make a sale for 2-3 months, but what should the focus be on in the very beginning? Stocking up? Marketing? Networking? Or all of the above?

ETIQUETTE: Notifying a client when you receive their payment?

I recently started a very modest home office recruiting company. Outside of getting clients and filling positions I have no idea what Iā€™m doing! When I receive a check in the mail, should I let my client known Iā€™ve gotten it? Just trying to figure out the most polished roads for staying in touch / good graces. Thanks!
