Potential Business Idea or No?
I had this idea not too long ago, and just wanted to run it by some wiser minds than mine. So, a subscription service where you pay a monthly/yearly fee. Every month (or more often as numbers grow) we raffle off some sort of prize package or item. Combination of digital and virtual. Only the people who are part of the service can get in on these raffles. I’m the long term, partner with local business and groups, get discounted merch, and use that as an additional way to raise the profit I take in. My profit comes in the form of keeping 10~% perfect off the top. So if, for example, I had 100$ of subscriptions a month, I only give away 90$ worth of items every month. Any thoughts or suggestions?
