Who do I have to kill to get the "google front page" people to never call me again?
Holy shit it should be against the law - I'd say 1 in 12 calls I get are even legit calls. Like, they don't even look to see if I'm ALREADY ON THE FRONT PAGE OF GOOGLE. Which I am. Is it just a phish? Does anybody know a good hitman? Do I have to hide in a fucking cave somewhere!!??

DocuSign alternative that requires manual signature?
DocuSign requires the Enterprise level to have manual signature, and this is something we often have to require due to the nature of our contracts and clients. If we need to require manual signature, is hellosign or another alternative going to be cheaper? We are looking at paying $2,000 a year despite very low volume just for this manual signature requirement.

Address and Mail for remote offices
We are a small business with everyone working from home offices. We need a solution for what to do for having a physical address to report on contracts and whatnot as well as being able to receive our mail at. For obvious reasons, no one wants to use their home address. What do other companies do?

A study found that being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 only reduced in 30% the risk of infection by the Delta variant at home. But it also concluded that the immune systems of those who were double-jabbed were stronger than those of unvaccinated people https://t.co/mPtKiKmV5y

B2B Late Payments
Does anyone have experience with companies paying them late (e.g., well past net-30), or just continuing to push out net terms? I'm looking for insight into the most common reasons that payments get held up with buyers - lack of cashflow, earning interest off of the float, weak incentives to pay early. I know factoring is an option in terms of solutions, but it's still frustrating that it lets buyers off the hook. If you've encountered the same in your industry/geo, would love to hear about it and anything you've done to try to address it.

Looking for Reading Suggestions
I am wanting to start my own service based business, and I don’t have a formal business education. I have taken to the Internet to learn all I can, and I have bought a few books off of recommended reading lists. All of these books tell me that I CAN start a business and to “just go for it” but they don’t tell me the HOW. How do I set up a health care plan for employees? How do I file taxes? What is Canada? These are all questions that I need to answer before I put pen to paper, but I don’t know where to go to find that information.

Plastic bag fees on delivery platforms
Washington has implemented a ban on single use plastic bags. We now need to charge $0.08 for reusable bags or paper bags. How have people set this up on the delivery apps (GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats)? I keep getting inconsistent answers from all the delivery apps saying to add it to each item, that it's included in the delivery fee but you can't see it, or all the way to we're working on it. Does anyone have experience on how they charged this fee?

Funding Brokerage Account with LLC Bank Account
Hello all! I recently started an LLC for an online business I run, I am the only member. I have a separate bank account that all the payments I receive from that business flow into Is there an issue if I use that bank account to fund a personal stock trading account? Should those funds be kept separate in some way? Thanks!

Can someone pls help- Trying to start
I’m trying to use in file to file for my first LLC. My first attempt was back in august with use of a USPS PO Box. (I for obvious reasons do not want my home address public) My second attempt was yesterday using a UPS Mailbox service, you know the one SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR SB’s ? Why won’t in file accept this. I honestly just might get another refund and go straight through the state I thought going through in file was supposed to make the process a bit less painless but this part has been the most painful thus far! Any one have any advice or know the reasoning behind this ? Do I just use my home addy to file then change it once the business is up and running ?
