Employee not listening
And no, I’m not going to just fire them. I want to try and figure out how to get someone to remember instructions better. It seems like no matter how many times we remind them to do something or not do something, they forget and they keep saying “oh yeah” every time we remind them. They’re a good worker; but we’re starting to get frustrated. Worst case yes we would replace them but we want to give them a chance. How best to sit someone down and explain they need to try harder to remember instructions?

NEW LLC here! I'd like a Chase Business Credit Card
Hey crew - Quick intro. New business owner here. We're talking real fresh. As of yesterday. I am a new Chase customer as well. Just got the Sapphire Preferred card about 3 weeks ago. I also opened a personal checking account with them recently. Not sure I will open a business checking though. I am thinking I want a smaller local bank for the relationship. I want to apply for a Chase Business Credit card. My concern is I just got approved for the CSP, and overall a very new customer. Do you think my odds are favorable for an approval? My credit Score is 760, Utilization is 11% and I have a total of 7 hard inquiries in the last 24 months (6 of 7 are about to drop off), 3 of which were for approved credit cards. I also opened another Amex card 3 months ago, however - no hard pull for that card. But still counts against the Chase 5/24 rule. So I'm at 4/24... Just don't wait to waste a hard pull for nothing. Thoughts?

Advice for Starting a clothing brand
So my friend has everything we need to make shirts and we have a brand that we started but never really took serious but our friends definitely wear the shirts and love them. So I just want advice of how I can blow this up internationally. How do I reach a lot of costumers? I’m making a website and have one Instagram for the brand as well. I will also make a second related Instagram that promotes the other side of or brand which would be that we make custom shirts for anyone who need a batch with there own design. Where do I go from here ?? please help

Step by Step guide to building a business
Hey all, I'm looking at putting together a very tactile step by step guide to launching a digital business. This would not be ideas for a business or what you should do, but rather a more how to guide. Things like: * How to incorporate * How to buy a domain name & Hosting * Setting up company email accounts * Building a website with Wordpress * Accepting Credit cards These kinds of things that I'm seeing small businesses not doing. Would anyone find that interesting? would love some feedback in the comments, and of course any questions you have that I can answer in the course.

I hate banks
If I had 100% collateral why the hell would I need a bank? I’m trying to buy a solid business with tons of purchase orders waiting to be filled and they won’t loan me enough money to do it. I’m flabbergasted.

Buying my boss salon and barber shop business in California, what's my next step?
Hi all I'm a barber in North California. My boss is retiring and asked if I want to buy her small shop for $50 thousand. I'm one of her 2 employees, it's a really small family owned shop and I can estimate it pulls $5000-$8000 a month gross sale. Rent is $1800 a month. Taking over will mean no disruption, I can get the shop name, bookings, phone number... I have a few questions to the community: Does the price tag $50k make sense? I want to be an owner and can optimize/improve the shop over time for better ROI? What's my next step to take over the business? This is my first time being an owner. Since I don't have a business entity, should I register a CA LLC? Do I need to tell the CA FTB to record the sale? Any guidance resource is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
