How to provide service to a business and work under their company but still be a separate entity (without being a company myself) or what is this concept called so I can research about it.
Is it freelance? Is it a contract issue? Sorry for the word vomit. I'll try to explain more. So basically I want to make a business but I dont want to make a company because I want to minimize liability and minimize legal work. I can operate my business under a company as kind of a project. But I still want to own the rights of my business and be in control of it (so in the future I can sell the business to the same company) but if they already own it, why would they buy it? I would just like to know what this concept is called so I can research it, or could you give any examples? Any info would help. Please let me know if I need to include any more clarifications!!!
