Can I give tax-free personal gifts to someone who is an employee of a company I own?
Say I have a tiny proprietorship with a few employees. I want to give them each personal gifts totaling <$10k per person per year, not officially associated with the business (never passing through the business account or appearing in a contract). Maybe I have a private understanding with them that this is something they can expect from me personally while we're working together, but nothing official or in writing. What about providing rent-free housing in a property I own personally? (Again, not associated with the business in any official capacity). Is there any reason this would be illegal/unethical? Anywhere I can read about personal gifts/transactions between business owner and employee?

Google Merchant Account Suspended
So my google merchant account was suspended for misrepresentation. I was able to talk to a representative who said everything was kosher, wait 3 days and submit it for review. Again it was suspended. I talk to a representative who says its fine resubmit it. You know the rest. This has been the better part of my year. As much as I try to insost to speak to a manager or someone who can ok my account, they don't do shit. Does anybody know how to end this cycle?

Forming my LLC before starting business
I plan to start my own business sometime in the future. It could be 6 months, a year or even 2 years from now. Is it smart to establish the LLC and file within my state before hand? I understand there are filing fees and registered agent services I would have to pay during this time. Is there a way around holding those off or is that required while in "park" mode? I already purchased the domain if that helps. Thank you.

Where to start when you want to learn how to run a business?
I'm planning to run a pizza business next year but I have no idea where to start. Lots of the articles I've read just gave general advice but I need more than that. Where can I learn about must-know terms? Business math? Marketing? Bonus is if there's a YouTube playlist or one place where I can learn alot about this
