How to politely tell a client you no longer want to work with them.
So title kinda says it all. I do remodeling work, I was called to do an estimate on a kitchen remodel, pretty big job. So I look at it, get all the information gathered. First thing I didn't like about her was that she said she didn't like another contractors work, so she filed a claim with her credit card company and got her money back. So I worked with her on the design, and ended up revising it like 8-10 times before she was happy, so I finally start to price some cabinets for her. I asked her what a realistic budget was for her, her response was I don't have one, I just want the most kitchen for the least money. She had a fit over what the cabinet price came back at, and demanded I show an itemized list of the price I buy the cabinets for and where from. She has honestly been a huge pain from the start and I'm really feeling this is going to be a mess of a situation, and I just want to walk away from it at this time, but I'm not sure how to tell her.

I'm looking into buying one with the property. I will post some data when I have them. Is the business still worth doing? Do you need to self-manage it? Can't have employees? What's the profit margin (net)?

First venture and naive when it comes to business. Have a question regarding share division in my small business.
I have thought of opening a small business with 2 other individuals based on my idea. I will be working full time on this business. the 2nd guy will look after technical stuff which won’t require him to work full time. The third guy is in it just because I and the other guy can’t fund the company on our own. He won’t be working actively in the company he’ll maybe be more on the pr side of things. So I was kinda confused on how to even all these issues out in the investment-share part of things? Shouldn't I ask the other two to invest more in order to get the same amount of shares as me? also, It is fact that the other two aren't emotionally invested in this as much as me so for that reason I want to retain most power so that in case of a future slipt I will have the upper hand. Should I retain = or more than 50%.

Natalya Rugs on Etsy
Hello Eveyone! I’m selling Vintage and Antique Rugs on Etsy. Any feedback you have would be highly appreciated! Any tips about Etsy SEO would be really helpful as I’m struggling getting my products show up through Etsy search. They are always buried deep into the search pages. Thank you in advance! Shipping Advice Needed
We want to ship raw food (prepared raw vegan meals) to patients overnight. Is there anyway to do this at a reasonable cost to the consumer. Looking at hellofresh & sprinly it looks like they cover shipping costs which we can’t afford to do. Does anyone know how I can get the best shipping rate to send raw cold packed food overnight? Thanks for your help!

Why is my website getting so much traffic, but no sales?
hey guys! i have a hoodie/sweatshirt business that is focused on angel numbers, and that sort of niche audience, for context. i started doing this Nov. 2020 with a different style and my etsy blew up in december with over 150 orders, but i have since moved from doing that, due to some issues with customers and stock shortages. this year, i did something more my style, people loved it on instagram, i opened my website on thanksgiving, and i have received one order since. this doesn’t sound that bad considering i opened my site less than one month ago, but the traffic-to-sales ratio is so bad. my analytics page is telling me i’ve had: 338 visits 329 unique visitors 874 page views and one sale. i’m not sure if this is normal, as i have always used etsy and never made my own site before. i’m just a bit worried as the holidays approach that no one will like my things, or i overpriced it, etc. any guidance or tips would be so appreciated!
