Non-alcoholic version of a liquor store

Was throwing around business ideas and I came up with a store that sells nothing but drinks (non-alcoholic). Sodas, gatorades etc. all the types of bottled water, soda from around the world, hard to find drinks, bottles tea, bottled sports drinks etc. etc. coolers and coolers of drinks. Purchase by the bottle or case. I’d call it Drinky Dranks. Edit/ Have a large soda fountain. A soda jerk. And some of those machines that you can mix different types of flavors. Again this is just a idea..

Any tips for a printer that can handle 1,000 color flyers?

I work in Healthcare. Have 5 locations and would like to advertise/market. For the past few years I've been relying on a local print shop, but they are widely unreliable in terms of turnaround times. Can anyone recommend a printer, that I can set up at home. That can print out letters, flyers, and maybe some thicker stuff like cardstock? In full color of course. Any help or tips would be really appreciated.

How do I go about getting my product that I make to a retailer in Norway?

I have so many questions not really sure where to start. They want to order a 100 units at wholesale price. Right now I’m only selling on Etsy and do all the shipping through there. If I’m shipping a 100 units I’m guessing freight shipping would be the way to go. 1. How does one set up freight shipping? 2. Where should this transaction take place? How do I get paid?

I want to start cashing in cashier checks for my small business

I want to start cashing checks but afraid of it bouncing because when the customer wants to cash in their check they grab merchandise from the store and want me to deduct the merchandise from the check. My question is there a way to stay safe? Is there a software/hardware that I can use to make sure they are legit? If there is a way to stay safe. I would love to hear how. If there is a software/hardware I would love to know about it. Thank you in advance!

Affordable Shipping Boxes from Staples

I went to staples on a desperate whim to find shipping boxes for my small business and found that although limited in options, the shipping boxes they stock are an extremely great deal... if you are okay with staples branding on the box. I bought 83 9x9x9 corrugated boxes that were advertised for $1.99 a piece. There was a posted sale (that im pretty sure is long term) of a "bulk" buy of $1 per box if 5+ were purchased at the same time. I went to check out expecting to pay a $1 a piece but when i got rang up it ended up being $45 and change. I asked the clerk to double check and she confirmed that the discount was due to an even greater bulk buy but couldnt tell me at what quantity the discount kicked in. Like I mentioned, the box size options are limited and MSRP ranged from about $1-2.50 per. For comparison Uline offers 9x9x9 at $0.71 for 25+ boxes + shipping. I felt like .50 after the discount per box was too good of a deal not to share!

Where to begin with buying in bulk (for a record store)

Hello! I'm aspiring to open a record store and I'm planning on starting with a website and working towards a physical store asap. I would like to focus more on new music/video than used. Any recommendations for wholesale distributors to get started? I was looking into Alliance but they seem to cater towards more established businesses whereas I'm still in my early stages and still doing the research before making any rash decisions. Would appreciate any and all feedback or advice. Thanks!

But if can't figure out the basic thing like how much we paid for any given item

"COVID-19 shines a spotlight on our health system and at the end of the day, we don't have a health system... and we continue to pay the price for that," Dr. @PeterHotez says, citing the U.S. COVID testing issue, and adds: "Without question, we need to follow the European model." https://t.co/nR6qIPkHZS
