Own a commercial space - don't know what do with it
Hello world, I own a commercial space. It's something like 100m2. In a big city, it is located in a big street with a lot of car traffic and public transportation. No a lot of parking spots. There is a tramway stop just in front. School in the street, butcher, night shops, clothe store etc.. I want to start something, ideally, my wife would be the first employee. I do consultancy as a freelancer, I want to diversify with another "more tangible" business. Or maybe just use the place as an office for a digital agency.. What would be a good business idea for you?

Who had a business plan in place before launching their business?
I read a lot on low-key service based businesses starting with very little investment. I've written a comprehensive plan and my goal is getting investment to cover 6 months operation. Anyone else take this path?

401k/IRA Options for Small Business Owner
I don't understand the 401k vs. IRA landscape. I am a small business owner with roughly 250k in earnings for 2021. I want to be able to leverage tax advantaged accounts to offset my tax bill. My business has 14 employees, and I do not wish to offer a plan that they could contribute to i.e. I want a plan only for myself. What sort of 401k/IRA plans could I participate in given my income level and number of employees. I have looked through these posts and searched online, but can't seem to put together the answer.

LLC vs S-corp
I've been in business for over 10 years as an LLC, no employees, just me. What would cause one to go from an LLC to an S-corp and what are the benefits of it over an LLC.

Best place to advertise our small junk removal business ?
We started a small junk removal business about 2 months before Christmas and things have been extremely slow. We tried advertising on Nextdoor, Facebook and Craigslist and have had almost no calls from any of them. We have a website and are willing to spend some money on advertising but we can’t afford to spend hundreds of dollars every month and have no return. Would google business adds be a good place to start and is there any special things I should do to help get more business? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Question: Split ownership of an LLC legalities
So a buddy and I own a LLC. The purpose was to acquire and hold property. Until we get to that point I was going to do some freelance work. I'd rather bill through our LLC since it's more professional. If I were to bill $20k to a client for services, it goes to the LLC, would there be any issue with then paying myself out the $20k? We each own 50% but I'd like to do this for myself, and him for himself for any work he does, as well as helping the LLC establish credit. Also come tax time do I need to leave 21% in the LLC to cover taxes or does that responsibility fall to me? If I take in $20k can I just pay myself the full $20k and handle the taxes on my end or would the LLC still be liable?
