Bitcoin and a recession
Bitcoin has moved with the rest of the economy so far It’s more volatile and the swings are more pronounced, but Bitcoin has been moving with the general economy for quite some time now. Moving pretty much in tandom with SPY. I feel like this is a bull market right now, but why is no one worried about the alleged recession that’s coming. Does no one think one is actually coming or is there another rationale. Stocks up, housing prices steady/up, Crypto up. The economic data suggests recession (allegedly), real life suggests the opposite. Where do you stand. Do any crypto bulls have any reservations about the next 3-6 months or do you think it’s up from here.

Ethereum, the future is.
ETH is doing really great in terms of price but that is because such awesome developments such as the environmentally friendly decision to move to proof of stake, with the merge behind us and upgrades like Shapella coming in reasonable timeframes, and Layer 2 systems really putting the usability back to top tier. Seems time to talk about the actual realistic probability of the ETH flippening with that dinosaur BTC... Forget about all the other "smart" shitchains out there. They have major problems with centralization, reliability, hacks, SEC, and lack that all importatant first mover advantage and are way behind in the network effect. Ethereum will be the number one blockchain. You heard it right here.

If you are down would you sell when you break even?
Hi, I appreciate that many are in the green, however... For those who are down on their investments would you sell if you were to break even now, or would you just keep on holding? Add to the investment? Do you feel the amount you invested should have been smaller? Or you were not prepared to hold for a longer time line? Just interested to hear all of your perspectives, did you start with an expectation and if that has changed, how has it changed for you? For those that are in the green, did you have a perspective change when, if ever you were in the red?

Thoughts on the latest Reddit NFT drop? All hype, or worth the investment?
3rd gen dropped, and while the rollout left much to be desired, the pieces themselves are top notch, and the artists seem to be toying with features that may add to the fun and value of future collections (specifically Glass Foustling and its unique ability to show the "hidden traits" of other avatars). Do you think that the Reddit premium NFTs are a good bet for investment, or do you see them as a trend that will ultimately peter out? Or do you have other opinions on the topic? Tell me what you think!

Is anonymity possible when converting FIAT into crypto and back?
And this without too much hassle or big fees. I'm trying to get into DEFI, but I find some aspects difficult to understand. Once inside the crypto space, it seems quite easy to stay anonymous and do transactions on DEXes. But communicating with the real world seems quite difficult. Every account/wallet/exchange which can hold FIAT is KYC'ed, meaning that the transaction converting FIAT to crypto has identity information. Based on the amounts and behavior of the transaction(s) one can assume ownership of the wallet receiving crypto from a KYC'ed account. Do you think this is a problem? What can people or the government do with this information?

How much do the candles affect your mood?
Just curious as to how much crypto and its daily movements affect your day-to-day moods. If I was already in, a day (or days) full of red candles would make me somewhat irritable, but now they don't really bother me anymore. A day or green candles, however, puts me in a good mood. This can be the opposite for you if you've sold at the wrong time and are waiting for a dip to get back in, of course. I know many of you are now seasoned with thicker skin than what you probably used to have, buy I'm curious as to how the crypto market affects your moods. Not at all? Somewhat? Enough to where friends and family wonder what's wrong or right? Enough to where you want to frolic in a field of daisies, or conversely, swerve in to oncoming traffic? Interested in how much the crypto market actually affects you.

Batten down the hatches!
Do you guys hear that? The moon boys are coming! They are beginning to crawl out of the wood work. If this green keeps up too long this reddit will be chalk full of bull run posts, is it too late to invest posts, I should have invested cheaper posts, when is the dip so I can buy posts, the bragging I've got in cheap posts, the I told you so posts, the ridiculous shilling of some weirdly named alt coin posts and the FOMO posts and so on and so forth! Don't take the bait! Don't get fed to the fomo wolves! Hold your ground and continue with your strategy! I don't know much but I do know this for a fact! BTC WILL go up!! Or down or sideways! Buckle up because it's going to get crazy out there!

Need help. To consolidate or not consolidate? that is the question!
Nice to see things moving in the right direction at the moment and it’s brought my situation into focus and I’m hoping some of you find people can help. As it stands my main holdings are split between btc and cosmos eco system coins (atom/juno/osmo/Evmos). Which I’m happy with. But as times gone on I’ve still got a fair few small bags of coins. That altogether are worth nearly a third of my overall crypto. My question is what would you do? Leave as is or convert some/all smaller alt bags into btc or atom? My alt bag includes Eth Cro (😭) Xrp Algo FTM Ckb So have at it what would you do? convert all alts into btc or atom? Convert some into one alt, maybe eth? Leave as it is for now? For good? I basically want to maximize my opportunity for Gains over the short term. No plans to pull anything out until 2025 earliest THANKS!

A question of anonymity.
I buy 10 altcoins from my KYC Binance account. I then move this to a cold wallet. I then use a separate PC, running through a VPN proxy, to create multiple wallets where I send this altcoins after they've increased in price. I connect these wallets to an exchange and swap them all for a stable coin. I then move all these stable coins to a single cold wallet and wait for the enviable bear market where I can reinvest my tax free and anonymous gains. Is this all as anonymous as I believe it is? How hard would linking that cold wallet with stablecoins to my original KYC purchases on Binance be? Thanks
