However, in a TikTok post by a dancer named Dexter that was reposted by Pop Base on Twitter, they note that "Harry did his best to be able to walk and reverse everything while he was singing." President Biden is scheduled to deliver the State of the Union at 9 p.m. Eastern, amid a standoff with House Republicans over raising the debt limit, softening inflation, the lowest unemployment rate in decades, rising tensions with China and an ongoing war in Ukraine waged by Russia.
