We have been dressing our son wrong this whole time.
Once our son became a toddler he thinned out and became leaner as he became more active. Since that time, any type of jean or khaki tends to fall down as soon as he starts running around. We figured since the length was fine, he was just thin. Last week, I realized on the inside waist of these pants is an interior belt with a button that you need to attach so they stay up. Anyway....we are idiots.

What thing does your kid do that drives you insane?
For me, it’s my three year old rolling around all over me. I remember being her age and my mom always yelling, “Quit wallering around on me!” Now I get it. It is the worst. Especially when you’re touched out. She just lays on me and switches positions 500 times. Also touches my boobs and twiddles my nipples. *shivers*.

Breastfeeding 2yo. Weird or normal?
As title says. What is your opinion on the subject. Husband thinks it's super weird that I still let my 23mo have boobies. I think it's normal. Any one else familiar with this type of argument?

Did I just hack parenthood?
My 3 month old loves his Fisher Price playmat with the kick piano. We typically have it set up on the floor of his room, and he’ll happily hit the toys and kick the piano for 10 minutes. But then he gets uncomfortable (his floor is hardwood and we only have a thin area rug) and starts to whine. Today I was desperate for some self care. My nails were jagged as all heck. I figured maybe I could stick his playmat in his crib and I could sit in the rocking chair and take the time needed to properly file and shape my nails. Guys! I filed, I shaped, I pushed back my cuticles. This kid was still happy so I ran and got a sheet mask and a magazine (my room is right by his. I can see his room from mine. He wasn’t left unattended). I sat there for 90 full minutes having “me” time while still being an attentive parent. *Next time I’m bringing cucumber water.*

Evidence suggests the best way to reach professional ranks of most sports is to do a variety of different activities and sports during childhood. But what does multisport look like? Soap dispensers are ridiculously kid unfriendly
I am trying to teach my 3 year old how to wash hands on his own. However, he finds hand soap pumps really hard to press down on due to spring resistance in the nozzles. Sometimes its really frustrating when soap comes out in spurts over the basin or when they topple over after significant struggle, and then I have another mess to clean on my hands. It seems like no one has ever thought to design soap bottles that are at least *a little easier* for kids to use. Does anyone else face the same problems? What are some ways you work around this issue?

TV Time with Infant, How Much is Too Much?
Hey Parents, I have a 5 month old and occasionally I let her watch TV such as Hey Bear or Simple Songs while I eat or cook. I told my babysitter that it was okay to do the same if she needs to run to the other room, eat, etc. I have noticed that she seems to be letting her watch tv just to entertain her. What are your thoughts on TV as an infant? How much time is too much?

Tips for breastfeeding in front of FIL or socially inept people?
I’m not a physically shy person. I have no problem with breastfeeding in public. My FIL is a nice man but has some interesting social skills - to put it nicely. I’m 8 months pregnant and dreading the first time I go to feed my infant and he makes a cringey comment. What are your strategies or come-backs to address these? Note: I don’t want to have to hide while he’s around.

C section moms: did your milk take longer to come in?
I’m just about 24 hours postpartum from a c section with my first baby and she is struggling to latch so I’ve been pumping to try to stimulate my milk to come in. Should I be worried if it hasn’t by now? Will it take longer because I had a c section?
