What is the cheapest way I could send my GoPro to near-space?

I know the balloons have been used many times, and I figure that that’s probably the way to go, but I want to save as much cash as possible. Note: I have a GoPro and live about 60 miles from the east coast of the US.

I’m doing IT but I’m also interested in space

I’m gonna get an IT certificate, what if, not in the years to come but later what jobs can I get in astronomy. Is IT useful in astronomy?
