What is your selflove ritual you do every day? I thought about doing a selflove jar, every day one thing I love about myself. So when I feel terrible or lonely I have my own jar full of love.

I have recently started doing the headstand with support of a wall - I wanted tips on how can I gain confidence in removing the support of the wall slowly and practicing headstand away from the wall.

YogaSix (or chain yoga studios in general) for a plus-size woman?

Hi all ~ I was wondering if anyone who’s been to YogaSix or maybe even a similar chain can tell me a bit about the experiences they’ve had there. I used to go to a small studio run by one amazing woman who I got a lot of healing from, but she only offers group classes once or twice a week and I’m looking to start getting more regular exercise. There’s a YogaSix right by where I live which offers different classes every day at different times which sounds really convenient. My concern is that I am a plus size individual who’s not super fit by any means. I was able to keep up and excel in my yoga classes at the small studio I went to, which had a lot of diversity as well, but those classes were pretty slow-paced and gentle. I’m worried about feeling out of place or behind at a chain studio like YogaSix….. thoughts? Thanks ♥️🙏

Virtual 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Training Recommendations

I'm seeing options and programs for a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course such as Yogamu and it has a $99 special. How is this program and everyone's experience? I am quite flexible and I know online training will not compare to hands on or in person training but I think this will at least give me exposure to yoga teacher training at a lower cost. Most classes around me range from $3k+ and it's hard fitting it in with my 9-5 corp schedule as most are far from where I live or they don't have weekend availability. Thanks!!

The most remote area of ocean in the world is called Point Nemo, it's 2688km from the nearest land, Antarctica to the south and some tiny uninhabited island to the north. YTT300 immersion in the USA

I'm in search of a 300hr immersive teacher training in the US. Any thoughts/recommendations welcome! I've done a lot of research and Heartwood Yoga Institute in Florida keeps popping up as an option. Facing difficulty with Surya namaskar posture
