best poses for 20min yin session?
what poses do you find the most effective to do? especially when working on trauma, supressed emotions, disconnection and stress relief. I (M/29) sit or lie in an awkward position all day, I compensate with daily walks, sometimes calisthenics and jogging. I saw some videos online and am familiar with yoga, but would like to hear from someone with a similar experience, thank you.

pain in supine positions
hello! i’ve been doing yoga for about two months now and the improvement i’ve felt in my physical and mental health is incredible. i’ve fast become a huge advocate for yoga and it’s an important part of my daily life now. i have only one strife, which is that due to my having a fairly petite figure with not a lot of body fat, some poses are painful. examples being bow pose, which hurts my hip bones as they push into the mat, and happy baby, which hurts my spine for the same reason. is this common for yogis with smaller statues? is it a problem with my mat? (perhaps i need a thicker one?) i have however experienced this at class too, not just at home. any input or advice would be appreciated! :)
