Is it normal to feel angry and irritated and generally down if you skip yoga for 2 3 days of you were practicing daily
I have been doing yoga for 1.5-2 months and whenever i skip yoga for like 3 4 days i feel like some sort of detox or withdrawal effects like i would be more irritated, less motivated in general less energy and down in general, and after that when i do yoga after some time so these symptoms are gone, and i feel good again Is this normal when you start yoga?
