Covers for Yoga blocks
Hey Guys, my wife said that she doesn't like to use yoga blocks at her studio because of hygienic. To carry her own blocks to the studio is her bag too small. Do you have any recommendations or any experience with covers for Yoga blocks?

Hello guys I am not a yogi but interested in stretching in general to be more specific mobility stretches. My question is does flexibility help powerlifting since in powerlifting you need to create a ton of tension.

Shoulders need a break? You can still move around your mat in creative and challenging ways without transitioning through Chaturanga. https://t.co/IZlgBIpmBO

Is it normal for someone who's core was the 'weakest' and still is, to gas me out mid-class?
Doing all this vinyasa classes where three-legged down dog and such are still the thing that has me sweating bullets? I try to go 3 times a week but as weak as my arms are, they hold up. Sure I'm tired but I'm not often catching my breath. I guess I should be ok with progress, but I'm feeling deflated my practice isn't where it would be since I take so many breaks & child's pose more often than not.

I get flared ribs when I lay on my back and I can’t breathe well
This has been affecting the quality of life as I can never breathe properly when sleeping unless I raise my knees with a pillow. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? When standing and sitting the ribs don’t flare unless i lay down. Thanks

Why can’t I extend my leg straight?
My arm is extended as much as it can be. I also feel like I have struggled in keeping my elbows on the ground while trying to go into headstand. Is it possible my arms are too short or am I just doing something wrong? A bit envious of people who have their legs completely straight!

CorePower Sculpt and Apple Watch Workout
I have an Apple Watch that I got for tracking runs and daily steps, and as you all know - tracking workouts and yoga too! When I track a C2 as yoga I have no issues. But when I track a Sculpt class as yoga it starts asking me if I’ve finished my workout. I figure it’s because the movements aren’t the typical yoga poses and instead it’s more of a workout routine. What I started doing is logging Scuplt classes as HIIT classes since there’s weights and cardio involved, but I’m not sure if this is the best and most accurate option. How do you all log Sculpt or sculpt-like classes? And does it affect the calorie counter that drastically?
