How to reduce wrist strain?
Hi All. Since starting yoga 4 months ago, my right wrist has always been taking strain. In the first month the strain was much worse, but after giving yoga a break for a week it has improved,. Though it has improved, I am still vry aware of strain in my right wrist when doing vinyasa intensive yoga classes. Are there any tips to improve my situation in terms of the pain? I love yoga so much, but this is quit an inconvenience during my practice. I'm going on holiday in a month's time for two weeks, maybe that is an opportunity to take a long break before coming back to yoga and give my wrist an extended time off from bearing weight. Thanks!

Blockage in left hip!
Hi folks! I've been doing asanas regularly for about 4-5 years now and I recently did a teacher training which led to significant reflection on my practice as well as an intensifying of how I approach it. Whenever I do any of the asanas that require hip mobility, I feel stiffness and blockage in my left hip, especially side hip, which might manifest as a cramp or a pull or pain. Does anyone know of ways to approach this?

Slippery mat problem. Different problem
My hands and feet do not slide on my mat. My mat slides around on the floor. The old cheap mats didn't do that but they fell apart. I bought a good Mandukya mat and now it slides on the hardwood floor in downward dog and other poses. Does anybody know a solution for this?
