Combining climbing with yoga
Hi guys! I don't want to make this post look like some low-effort question. So, I'd like to give you some context. I've been practicing some positions for a while in order to improve my mobility. Yoga and climbing are very compatible, so as expected, it helped me a lot. The reason I'm writing this post is because I want to get more into yoga and not just to practice few positions every now and then. After some consideration, I decided to give Ashtanga a try. It'd be very helpful if you could recommend me some online training resources and give any advices in general.
