Recently I made myself a candlestick in the form of a Lotus, very delicate, thin and transparent. Every morning when I do yoga, I light a candle in it and set myself up for a good day.

Certification in India

Hii, Traveling to the South of India (Kerala, but not only) for a few months next year and would really like to use some of the time to learn to teach yoga (I currently practice a hatha and vinyasa, but have a preference for the former). I was wondering if you had any tips on: - whether aiming for some sort of certificate is the way to go, if so any ones to look out for/if not why - places/organizations to check out/absolutely avoid Thanks!
