Any regrets from the past few years?
Does anyone have any regrets on specific CC purchases or use of certain exchanges? I'm looking at you Celsius. I lost about $500 worth of BTC and ETH crypto on Celsius, a small amount compared to my overall CC holdings. I wish I had done more research on them, and not looked at just the APY. I don’t think I’ll see a dime of it. Also ALGO and ADA tanked after I bought, wish I waited a little longer to buy or not bought at all. I tried to average down to no avail, but I’m still locked in though and getting rewards through their respective wallets and staking programs. Algorands governance rewards are fairly great, further helping my avgerage cost. What are your regrets?

Early to bitcoin
Well I’m overwhelming happy to announce yesterday was my Reddit Cake Day and I celebrated by finally hitting my goal or .5 BTC! 🎂 I’ve been interested in BTC for many years now but I always seemed to “miss the boat” as they say. I’m finally in a great financial position and blessed that I can safely HODL long term :) to anyone reading this that isn’t where they want to be yet or feels like they’re missed out on cheap BTC in the past just remember we’re still early and there’s always time. If you believe it’s going to succeed then there will never be a bad price to buy with patience

MOONs is not the first social cryptocurrency
MOONs is not the first social cryptocurrency I am really getting tired of this narrative that is perpetuated in this subreddit. MOONs is not the first social cryptocurrency, nor is it the highest market cap. You could argue it is the one with more users by the virtue of Reddit’s easy onboarding. There were STEEM and even HIVE forked from STEEM a couple months before MOONs was introduced. HIVE has a market cap of $177M today. But time and time again, I see people praising it as if it was the first social cryptocurrency. As if it was the first cryptocurrency to reward content creators. It is really tiring to see these sorts of comments under every post about MOONs.

Someone just tried to access my Binance account but luckily 2FA was activated so they couldn't withdraw anything. Don't be lazy, activate 2FA now.
Someone somehow got my login details, email and password. However, the 2FA blocked them from accessing my account. I had just set that up like a year ago, if I hadn't done that, I'd probably be very upset right now. When setting up 2FA DON'T USE A PHONE NUMBER. Use an authenticator app like Google Authentictor or AUTHY. If you use your phone number, someone can "sim swap" your number. It's not that difficult to do for people that have a little charisma and know what they're doing. Even though we're in a bear and the hacking stuff and died down, you guys really need to set up 2FA. When the bull comes back, you will need to be even more prepared than before and 2FA is the easiest thing you can do to create greater protection. Don't get yourself rekt by being lazy. Stay safe out there.

What Coin are You Still Bullish on and Why?
Hey everyone, fellow crypto enthusiast here. I’ve been able to do a lot more research on coins that I’ve been interested in for awhile now, since the price has been stagnant on them. But with that being said, what crypto coins are you still bullish on and why? Do you still see the coin doing good long term? Do you see fast gains? Do you see something that your particular coin is doing that many others aren’t? Or are you just a fan of the name (I’m looking at you dog coin lovers) I’d love to hear some answers.

Remember to take profit when you can.
I have been in crypto since the beginning of 2017. Each time I have been able to make a decent bag and hold them, my coins will pump and I get greedy. I didn't sell the 6 figures worth of Doge that I had and watched it tank within a few days. Even though I was still able to sell at a profit, it wasn't life changing money like I had. TAKE PROFIT when you can. Crypto is so volatile, we all know that. Up one week and crying the next. Take some money when you're in the green and live to degen another day. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Show us what you’ve bought with crypto!
I’m a visual person. I want to see the fruits of your labour (or lack of it). There must be some absolute fucking gems out there and I’d love to see them, even if you’re not comfortable sharing a redacted image share a Similair one you can find on the net! I’m hoping for speedboats, custom music equipment, exotic pets, life size statues of Mike Tyson. You name it. I’d be happy with more run of the mill stuff too whether that’s your weekly shop or a new pair of running trainers. I reckon it’d be a great way to spur us all on, whether that’s to hodl, take some profit or just as motivation! So give us a snap of what crypto has helped you pay for and if you’re absolutely against pics or gifs then just give us some words. It’s Friday people. Rejoice!

r/place is it over yet?
#The Beginning When r/place went live we failed our start. We didn't have a template ready nor coordinates. After changing the template a few times, we managed to get something like a moon on the canvas. #Status Quo Nothing is left. I can think of multiple reasons. - 1. Many people in here don't know how r/place works. - 2. The template wasn't good enough, because our MOON was barely recognizable - 3. Many users participate in other projects on r/place #A star is rising Today a cone appeared on the canvas. GG to the conehead. You guys are dedicated to your orange triangle. If we compare the numbers. r/cryptocurrency has 6.6 million users vs r/coneheads including 6.100 Users. #Summary Personally I think we still have a chance. r/place is live until 24th of july. The canvas will expand and the war will be fought on more battlegrounds. Maybe we should try again and demonstrate the power of this sub. Especially since er got users around the world being able to defend 24/7.

what do you think about xrp in the long term?
Now that the hype is gone and the coin is seeing a little bit of stagnation, should xrp still be bought? The main reason I thought it would be a good purchase is because xrp has made a name for itself (more than it had in the previous years), and that popularity and the win against SEC could cement it even higher in the next bull run when it eventually happens. the only fear i have is that the recent high was simply a temporary reaction to the win without any long term effects. what do you guys think? i am personally hoping for a trickle effect but would love to hear what the expert analysts on r/cc have to say.
