Dealing with unreasonable customers
How are you guys dealing with unreasonable customers? We have people that purchase that don’t care at all what the terms were they make huge demands if an issue arises. We try to be generous but some customers want way too much. For example: customer had issues, wouldn’t return the product but wanted a replacement without first returning the item. They kept arguing so we gave a full refund of thousands of dollars to just end it. They’re still bashing us online and wanting a product replacement. I’m caught between smoothing everything over and don’t negotiate with terrorists

Just Became a Corporation. Tax Help?
Hi all! I posted this originally on r/personalfinance but didn't get an answer, so I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone had insight. I’ve been freelancing as an illustrator since the beginning of January of 2021. I’ve been paying my quarterly estimated tax directly to the IRS as an individual for the past three payments, and now I am about to pay my fourth, due on the 15th of January. What’s changed is that about a month ago, I registered as an S Corporation (no employees, still just me) which is now legally recognized by the state, I have an EIN and all that. My question is: do I pay this final quarterly payment as an individual as I've been doing, or do I pay it as the entity that is my newly-formed corporation? If it helps, I also asked that I start being treated as a corporation at the beginning of 2021. I hope I didn’t mess up too terribly. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

How to ask right questions?
Don't know whether my doubt is worthy or not but to understand the pain points of people, we need to ask them questions. But how to ask the right questions, so that we can understand their whole problem?(Mainly while starting a conversation.) I tried and tired of asking this broad question like what is the problem in your business? And the answer I got all the time is "no sales". But all I want is the answer of the exact problem they are facing. Atleast a clue would be enough. I am sorry if my question doesn't make any sense

How to find someone to run my website and SEO?
I live in a smaller area, where I won't be able to find a local person that I can meet face to face to help work on my website traffic and SEO. But I'm completely lost as to how to find a REAL person that can help with my website/SEO stuff and not completely take advantage of me. I have a [Wix](https://Wix.com) site, and I've even tried hiring one of their "experts" off of their website, and I ended up wasting $1800 and he literally did NOTHING on my website. Then I hired someone else (can't remember from where,..I think fiverr? to work on SEO stuff, and he messed around with my facebook page a little..but didn't do much and in the end I didn't see ANY traffic difference. I run a local trades company, so I'm not shilling socks on Instagram or something like that. But I'm just completely lost. How did ya'll find whoever you are using?

Hotel corp rates?
Hi guys! Does anybody know any good hotel corporate rates? My business is very far from my home, and after thinking about it, a hotel stay once a week may be more affordable and comfortable then driving home. Does anybody know of any good business rates at hotels for a single employee S corp? If that makes a difference. I have two hotel credit cards but after consideration they don’t really do much in all honesty, I’d still need to spend about 15-20k before getting one free night. I figured there had to be something better than staying at a motel, and I’m not really comfortable with airb&bs being a young woman. Thank you!

With financials and taxes I don’t know what the heck I am doing
I am the CFO for a small business that I started. And man.... I don’t know what the heck I am doing. I’ve missed so many sales tax deadlines. We have operations in a few states so I had to file taxes for those and with my severe ADHD, I have forgotten to file them and I’m all over the place and don’t know what to do, when to do it. I have investment banking experience so the financials part I can handle. But all the clerical crap, all the admin... the tax filings. I am so so lost and frustrated and not going to lie I feel like a failure. I’ve missed so much and my mind is getting pulled in different directions. Are there any resources how to navigate this? I’ve missed multiple taxes and I’m so so lost.

Need to order business cards. Anyone have any experience using Blinq (QR code for contact info & NFC card)? Any positive/negative feedback from clients?
Been in business since 2005. Always had a traditional paper business card. I’m in the service and e-commerce business. Looking to reorder my business cards as I’m running low and came across QR code based business cards. They also have a NFC card that stores all contact info and clients can tap the card to store info. Anyone have experience using something like this? Any downside and negative feedback?

Best platform to start a blog that'll transition into an e-comm site?
Hello all! I am currently working on a small commerce product, and I want to start developing an online presence by pushing out some content. The end goal here is to ultimately sell my products through an e-comm store. I was wondering if there was a platform that isn't too expensive that I can use for primarily blogging purposes, then later on transition it to something more e-comm heavy. I don't want to pay shopify prices when I'm not using any of its e-comm prices. Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks again!

I am part owner of a promotional products and embroidery shop. We work with businesses across all industries and build physical good marketing plans. Ask me anything you’d like to know about branded products or the promotional products industry or etc!
Here to answer your questions. Please do not use Vistaprint or StickerMule or corporations like that who overcharge for business cards, pens, stickers, and other branded merchandise. They will overcharge you for jobs they outsource to shops like mine.

Happy New Years gift to a client?
I'm in the position for the first time where I have really great clients, one of which is a company that I've formed several fruitful relationships with throughout their company. It would be great if I could spend a few hundred dollars and get them some kind of "Happy New Year" gift to the entire company, but not sure what exactly that would be. Was thinking some kind of delivery package from a nearby bakery but was hoping to get a few more ideas to bat around. Technically I guess I would be sending the gift to their HR team but address it to several folks within the company. Happy New Year, Reddit
