Credit card processing fees are absurd! Are there any workarounds or do you just have to accept it?
I'm starting a small business and as you know the credit card processing fees are absurd (2.6% to 3% online). Do you all do anything to try to get more people to pay via cash or debit cards? Do you charge surcharges or is that too off putting to consumers? Just saving 1% could be huge for my new business and could be the difference between making it and not. Just sucks we are beholden to credit card networks.

Calendar that all employees can access on their phones?
I own an auto detailing business and I want a calendar that all employees can access to see appointments for the next week instead of me messaging them the schedule for the week. I need each appointment listed on each individual day with the name of the client, time of appointment. I currently use Intuit Quickbooks and Outlook if either one of those providers happens to have what I need? I'm honestly not looking to spend any extra money on it if there is a free app or software I could download with it.

Free places to advertise?
My fiancée has a small tie-dye clothing business. She mostly uses TikTok and Facebook to get her work out there. It’s kind of based on luck though whether a post will get a lot of traction or not. I was wondering if there are some helpful places to advertise with a decent audience always checking in to see what’s new. Thanks in advance!

Raising Funds
Sooo I have a out 120k in my 401(k) that was going to cash out for starting funds on a business (the rest would ask for a loan). Then I came upon ROBS. From what I've gathered a ROBS 401(k) basically sets up a C Corp, a qualifying 401K plan, you rollover your money to the new 401(k) plan and then the plan invests in your C corp and then your C Corp has the funds to use. Legit companies out here charge about 5k starting and 140 monthly for this. I wanted to know if anyone has done this? If there are hidden costs? Advice in general? How does the C corp pay back the 401(k)? Ect PS I'm 30 years away from retirement and I'm betting on myself. Still contributing to another retirement account. I'll be good when I retire.

Small business, non critical 5v device
As the title states, I want to start selling something using a 5v device bought on amazon. It requires plugging into a usb plug. I would need to solder on the connections to the little motor, but otherwise that's it. At what point do I need to get some sort of UL or ces or whatever certification?

I run an online bed and mattress that buys from the factory every time I receive an order online, I don’t keep stock. I’m looking for suggestions.
As the headline says, I don’t have a physical store or office that clients can visit. I market the beds on Facebook through a leadgen Campaign, then engage with my leads and convince them to order. I don’t have a website currently, once they order over the messenger or WhatsApp, I deliver the beds to their addresses and they pay me in cash at the location. This is because I believe no one can trust to deposit or prepay an unknown online business with no physical presence money in the hopes that they will deliver. I currently interact with my leads on WhatsApp and messenger. 1. How can I make this business better under current systems in as far as operations and marketing are concerned? 2. How can I change my model to a better one? 3. Any other suggestions?
