Last summer, commodities trader Mercuria struck a deal to buy $36 million of copper from a Turkish supplier. Things did not go to plan. When the shipment started arriving in China, all they found were containers full of jagged paving stones, spray-painted to resemble semi-refined metal. 6,000 tons of it. The Swiss trading house says it's a victim of cargo fraud — alleging the metal was switched for rocks, under cover of darkness, before it left a Turkish port. Paying higher gets the same crappy employees
So took some of your all's advice and hired a new person $5 more an hour more than the previous person. ($11, now $16 for a website shipping person..pretty easy job) Must have lied pretty good cause everything he had experience at, he failed at here. 7 days in and he asked to leave early cause it's a nice day out. Stands around and doesn't follow directions. On the phone all the time. Everything I say something he's all defensive and blames on me. Kind of over all this BS of inconsiderate employees. What happened to doing a good job and trying to impress ...even a little bit?

Vaccine rollouts have many thinking about their first post-travel restriction vacation, but you might want to hold off for a minute. A new report from the United Nations World Tourism Organization found that one third of destinations remain closed with just over half of them off limits for 40 weeks. A further 34 percent of destinations remain partially closed, 32 percent require testing or quarantine and just two percent have had restrictions lifted. The report states that out of 69 destinations that have completely closed their borders, 30 are in the Asia/Pacific region, 15 are in Europe, 11 are in Africa, 10 are in the Americas and three are in the Middle East. #Vacation #Travel #COVID19 #Tourism #Lockdown
