Coursera Files to go public,
[S-1 Here](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1651562/000119312521071525/d65490ds1.htm) I am bullish on modular education and I see Coursera being a good position to benefit from this trend. Financials : |Particular|2019 (In Millions)|2020 (In Millions) |Change| |:-|:-|:-|:-| |Revenue|184.4|293.51|59.17%| |EBITDA|(43.26)|(56.61)|30.08%| |Net Profit|(46.71)|(65.3)|39.7%| |Operating Cashflow|(21.33)|(14.99)|30%| |Total students|46.4|76.6|65.08%| I am not impressed by the increase in losses even when revenue increased a lot. Most of it has been increase in marketing and it have to been if the marketing expenditure is worthwhile. I am also kinda hesitant about the increase if the new revenue of the company is sticky or just a pandemic spike and will be followed by tepid growth (for a tech company) Bloomberg is reporting a 5 Billion Valuation, which comes around 17X TTM Sales. Close to SaaS multiples without SaaS margins. (52% gross profit.)

Would you buy a liquor store in 2021?
So looking at some cash flow business thought of liquor store but started thinking man do I really want to spend 12 hours a day on high ticketed item. Is it worth it going forward in the world and so many big store competition from wine and spirit and other big brands. I currently own a fast-casual restaurant and man, the amount of employee turnover, theft, and shit profit margin is kind of getting to me. So started looking at business with less staff, not be dependable on staff but is this even worth it...i could imagine cashier stealing blue label and bam your down 150. So anyone with liquor store share there experience. .

Small Business Credit Card
I am interested in a credit card for my small IT consulting business. We have a lot of vendors we deal with for hardware/software purchases and I am considering a business credit card to improve cash flow, get cash back on expenses, and build business credit. Currently just using the business checking credit card. Does anyone have any recommendations? Is it possible to get 2% cash back similarly to a personal credit card?

Google finance better alternatives for easy dividend screening.
When I was interested in investing 7 years ago, I used google finance extensively as it showed when dividends were paid and the percent yield at the time. It was simple to see whether a companies dividend was growing, falling, or random. After a few years not paying attention and just using ETFs, I'm looking at it again, however the dividend info was removed, beyond the useless current value Are there any tools similar to the old google finance? I want to be able to easily see dividend history in terms of cash value as well as % based on share price, without having to go back and manually calculate everything myself. What is the best tool for this?

Coupang stock thoughts $5,670,583 in liabilities
Recent talks about IPO. I spoke to a friend of mine as he was looking through the [s1 filing](https://www.bamsec.com/filing/162828021004212?cik=1834584) and came across the consolidated balance sheet (F3) which says $5,067,332 assests and $5,670,583 in liabilities. Wiki Extract- In November 2018, Coupang received a US$2 billion investment from SoftBank. Other major investors in Coupang include BlackRock and Fidelity. It seems Softbank according to some sources may hold 37% of Coupang. Are investors basically holding up the company?

Education Stipend for Job Offer
Hey everyone! I received a job offer and I’m working on the compensation package. I asked if they offered a continued learning / education stipend and they said they’d be fine doing that, write a proposal, kind of like ball in my court. I don’t want to under sell or under value. What yearly amount is typical? $1000? I want to use it for a monthly subscription to data camp (~$400/year) and whatever else May come up like a certificate or conference. I’d love to hear how you use your stipend and what you recommend!

Should my salary be deducted from revenue or profit?
A stupid question, I know, but this is my DIY accounting method for my small business: Revenue - Wages to employees - Monthly expenses = Profit But monthly expenses should include my salary, correct?

LLC partnership investing in stocks with the business account
I just recently setup an online brokerage for my business because we have a lot of capital that sits idle and I would like to earn income on this money. Before, my partner and I would always just use the business as a pass thru and take draws etc and then invest this money but in the state of the business right now, there’s more liquidity just sitting pre pass thru. Just wondering if doing this has any downside tax wise. Essentially taking gross revenue before expenses and throwing it in say Apple to grow. I don’t know how the taxation works and haven’t talked to our accountant yet but does anyone know if this is treated any differently than essentially investing personally? Thx.

Not sure which bank is good for a business checking account: Novo, BlueVine, Axos, Radius, or Brex. Which of the five would be most suitable for me? (Read details below.)
I would like to know which out of the five is great for someone starting small and would eventually grow as your business does. Currently, I have not made as much money since I am just starting out. I would like to have an account that deals with both domestic and international money transfers. I need an account that is reliable, very secure, does not have any hidden fees, and has overall great support. Also has a nice UI and helps out with taking care of taxes. My business as of right now has started out in the ecommerce sector but eventually in the future I would like to have a small brick and mortar store too.

Texas is thriving: With its vast land area, bustling cities, ample resources and cosmopolitan diversity, the Lone Star State is attracting inflows of population from all over the country, writes bloombergopinion columnist Noah Smith. Its status as the state that embodies America’s future is most clearly seen when compared to California. For decades, the Golden State outgrew the Lone Star State, but in recent years the gap has begun to narrow. Dysfunctional California politics have made housing unaffordable, causing people to flee to Texas’ sprawling, comparatively cheap suburbia and low tax rates. If Texas is going to provide housing, jobs, and a high quality of life to those new arrivals , it's going to have to make some improvements, Smith writes. Tap the link in our bio to read more about what changes might be in store for the state. #texas #california #future
