Am I the only one who assumed there would be more assistance for non-restaurant small businesses in the newest stimulus bill?

It seems if you aren't a restaurant and you've already taken advantage of PPP, PPP2, and EIDL and still need more assistance, you're shit out of luck.

Paying up front: Annual Savings?

How many of you pay ahead of time to save the 5-15% on monthly costs? I'm just trying to decide whats best for the business. Obviously savings are savings, and we have the extra cash for a few of the smaller options. Just thought I'd pick your brains on this one!

Many have started a bakery business during this pandemic, how have you managed costs with packaging? Do you get your packaging printed or personalized?

Buying in a bulk is advantageous but only if you’re getting thousands of orders. Which websites or retailers do you recommend getting generic or personalized packaging for bakery items? Or how did you handle it when you started out?

$UBA - undervalued grocery REIT, good investment opportunity

I’ve been following $UBA and feel it has some solid upside potential if the vaccine continues to be rolled out successfully. It posted quarterly results recently, beating analyst estimates. It has a small market cap, under 1 billion USD, and it suffered a massive sell off earlier in 2020 due to Covid-related lockdown. The dividend cut likely took some shareholders by surprise. Ultimately I believe management will reinstate the dividend once the outlook for the covid pandemic clears. They have hinted at that in their regulatory filings, saying they will likely need to raise their distribution to higher levels. The assets are high quality (exposed to suburban New York), and the tenant mix is solid, with significant exposure to pharma and grocery stories. Also in their [disclosure](https://last10k.com/sec-filings/uba#link_fullReport) they say they will probably hike dividends. Long $UBA!

I want to open up my own toy store. Should I go with a physical, digital, hybrid focusing more on digital, or hybrid focusing more on physical store?

I really would love to be in the toy business and I feel like I could do it. I got really lucky with a book I published and I invested $10,000 (all of my savings) into barnes and nobles a year ago and now finally sold it with a profit of like $35k. So right now I have a lot of money saved up and I have good credit I'm also only 19. I would like to write another book one day but right now I would like to invest my money into opening up a toy store.

Website Domain - Better use a dash in the name with .com or dash-free with .co?

I bought both and am deciding now between *blank*finder.co or *blank*-finder.com I know it probably makes no difference but just thought i'd do quick survey.

Build your own company website? Or not?

Has anyone without a programming background learned to code in order to build and maintain their company website? Is this a huge waste of time and a bad idea? If it is a bad idea can you provide some recommendations of where would be a good option to outsource this service?

Paypal / Loanbuilder - Not submitting PPP forgiveness docs?

Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone who had a first round ppp had luck getting forgiveness with paypaly / loanbuilder. I've been waiting for about 2 months since I submitted documents and they haven't reviewed or submitted them to the sba. Emailed back every week or two to my representative, and submitted normal requests to default emails. Just curious if this is the normal process or if there is something I should do instead?

Can I already start an online business with only having some knowledge about marketing?

Hi! so, I'm having problems on whether I should already start a business without having big knowledge about digital marketing yet and I've seen sites on google telling me that  I should already just do it because what matters is the experience that I'm going to be going through once I start it. I've already created some strategies and plans but I'm also really scared about it because I'm still a little young (I'm turning 18, not that young though) and I'm afraid of screwing everything up and all I really need is an advice at the moment. I'm going to be doing this alone and it's hard to be getting any help and then there's my parents who find it hard to support me and it's basically overwhelming how much everything gets me confused. What do you people also think are maybe the very first steps to starting a business? Do you guys also happen to know some free mentorship programs? Thank you so much :)

Business Acquisition Lawyer

Hello all, I'm about to embark on the journey of purchasing the company I currently work for and need a lawyer. I'm curious if any of you have gone through an acquisition and worked with someone who you really liked. If so, please let me know their name/firm name as I'd love to talk to them about my deal. Thanks in advance.

Non-Tech Potential Founder Looking For Advice

Hi Everyone I am hoping you can help. My background is non-tech which is somewhat annoying but I understand the other parts of business so I think I can bring good value none the less! I am looking at creating a type of marketplace for mentors and mentees to find one another. I would like to create a website where people can create profiles, explain what they can offer (mentor) or what they want (mentee) and then connect with one another. I literally do not have any idea where to start with creating this type of platform, nor the costs involved in creating an MVP. Can anyone help give me some tips or ideas as a non-tech founder looking to create something like this?
