Re-creating successful apps from the US and launching them in different countries
I've been thinking about recreating successful networking apps that are only based in the US, and establishing them in countries like Australia, Canada, France, or United Kingdom. What would be some potential things to look out for? Is this done often? Is there a way to change App Store location for research related purposes?

Would you charge for quotations in this situation?
I own a manufacturing company that makes custom products. We occasionally get a client or broker that asks for price quotes incessency. They'll make one tiny change, ask for a price quote, rinse and repeat. Since it's a custom product, each quote takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes with no real way to automate. I've been trying to track my time with apps and realized I've wasted 6 hours giving quotations to one client who hasn't even placed an order yet (among others). Would it be inappropriate to say "In order to continue our conversation and provide further price quotations, we require a $X deposit. This amount will be credited towards your balance if you decide to place an order" I think that's pretty fair, what do you guys think?

Ten of 18 Fed policymakers still expect rates to rise another 0.25% by the end of 2023, projections show. But in a shift driven by bank failures this month, the latest policy statement no longer says 'ongoing increases' in rates will likely be appropriate https://t.co/WjKr34nAPA

Female handyman/construction company names
A friend on FB posted asking for business name ideas for her all women construction company. She said they could be funny/punny, so now I’m invested and really want to find some great ones. I suggested “Studs” and “Honey Didn’t Do - Handywomen.”

Is it possible to run a wholesale only business?
So I run a dog treat business at the moment and it's doing pretty well but the only reason it's doing pretty well is due to wholesale orders. Because of the amount of time and effort that goes into baking and icing dog treats, wholesale orders are far more worth it financially compared to small individual customer orders. I've been thinking of changing to just offering wholesale only but I feel if I do that I'll be letting down customers that have bought from me in the past. I feel like I might get some negativity from previous/existing customers. Wholesale only orders are far easier to manage, they bring in more money and they make more financial sense considering the time and labour involved. If I do go ahead with the change, how would I do it? What should I say to my customers?

Charging for Technical Support
I own a 2 person company that manufactures industrial instruments for small to medium sized customers. Post pandemic we have been flooded with calls from people asking basic questions about how to use the instruments. Mostly from new people in the positions overseeing the equipment, or people that had long delays before installing the equipment. Is there a standard way to charge people for this support, I feel like we're being taken advantage of, all the information on how to operate the equipment and related software is provided with the instrument. People just don't want to read, and most times the questions are common sense. Spending upwards of an hour on the phone is unsustainable, hiring someone to field those calls is unrealistic at this point, and often the help they are asking for seems questionable to charge for. Any one else dealt with this in a smart way?
