ARK is amending prospectus language for its ETFs

https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1579982/000110465921042507/tm2110363-5_497.htm - Specify risks of investing in SPACs - Remove limit on ADRs, warrants, preferreds, etc - Remove limit on investing 30+% of assets in single firm - Remove limit on investing in 20+% of a firm's shares Seems to allow them to make even bigger bets on specific plays, i.e they were previously capping Tesla at 10% of their holdings in ARKK as it grew. Not sure how I feel about anything being allowed to run to 30%.

Whats the best way to motivate warehouse employees?

My business has a few warehouses and dealing with those types is like night and day. They're anti-competitive, often introverted and come with a checkered past. I really try to be compassionate and always fail at motivating them. At best they'll do the bare minimum, display poor attendance records and outwardly show that their work doesn't even make the top 10 list of their priorities. They're often defiant of any rules -- some even break them just to see if they'll get enforced. Has anyone come across this kind of issue? What would be a good way to motivate them?

If you can’t take constructive criticism without losing your temper, there is no way you’ll ever become better than what you currently are.

How did you learn to start a business?

I really want to own my own business. I have an idea for a niche that needs filling in my area and believe from past experience it would be successful. But I have no clue where to start. I want to learn how to start and run a business -- at least the basics --- before I get out there and do it where I can then learn more specific things on the job. Did you take any courses? Read any books? Follow any guides? I'm in the UK if that will lead to more specific resources. And I want to own a brick and mortar store with online sales but not solely online sales.

"I entered the job a very mentally stable, post-college grad, and I left it with a ton of anxiety." Insider asked five of Wall Street's burned-out junior bankers about their work lives over the past year. 👇 https://t.co/qpZzc45VIK

A growing body of research demonstrates that not only is a cutthroat environment harmful to productivity, but that a positive environment will lead to dramatic benefits for employers, employees, and the bottom line. https://t.co/WGtV2yTogQ

Tool for Scheduling and Buying Consulting Time

I'm starting a recruiting consulting business where I help small and medium-sized businesses solve their most pressing hiring problems. I want to offer a way to directly book and pay for 1-hour consultations via my website. I see these as SOS or triage calls for a very specific problem where they want an expert's point of view ASAP. I'll do free consultations for companies that just want to learn about my services and how I can help them (I'll also want to automate this booking process online). **What's the best tool to allow people to purchase and book time directly from my website?** Thank you!

Does anyone offer a health insurance stipend instead of group health insurance?

I'm exploring the option of hiring my first full time employee (all others are part time) and the candidate has made it clear that health insurance is a necessity. It is not in the business's best interest to put together a group health plan because there would only be one person on it. (My spouse and I are on a group plan from my W2 employer.) If you've done this I'm curious to know the administratice details behind the arrangement and how you determined an appropriate amount to offer. I do know that the candidate needs only single coverage, and it appears the average monthly premium across the nation is about $475/mo. We live in the midwest where costs are generally lower but individual health plans can vary widely in premiums based on personal factors. What about offering a health insurance reimbursement up to $X per month? I feel this would offer me some financial protection in the event that the candidate's actual premiums are less than my maximum monthly budget.

What's after BI ?

Hi folks, I am a BI Engineer with 5 year of experiences. I am actually in the intersection of deciding whether I should keep going on the BI road. Just wondering what roles you folks transit into after being in the BI role for a couple of years.

At What Point Do I Need To Register with the State?

Working on establishing an incredibly limited, very specific online store (think toothpick simple), and I’m curious at what point I will need to legitimize this business? I’ve had friends, family, etc, sell things online like art/jewelry without filing any business or tax forms, claiming they didn’t gross enough to file anything. I’m wondering if: they are full of shit and I need to file this as a business from the start, or can I (legally) just set up shop and if I find some success/sales, establish a ‘business’ then?

Did something Unethical-ish today.

So I have one competitor in my region and the guy is a total prick and has a confusing domain name. Let's call it [mikeecommerce.com](https://mikeecommerce.com). Today I decided to buy [mikecommerce.com](https://mikecommerce.com) and had it redirect to my website of a completely different domain. Is this illegal? Just shitty? The guy is a jerk and calls me his "enemy" merely because I came into the market after him so I'm playing hardball. Btw the two sites above are completely fictitious, I'm not doxxing anyone, the domains just illustrate what I did.

As a trader, how can I find customers?

I used to sell products on AliExpress and had some customers. Now I have a small garment processing factory and my clothes are sold on Amazon. I still want to become a trade service provider, but I have lost contact with customers on AliExpress, so how should I find customers? My goal is small entrepreneurs, small retailers. Any suggestions are useful to me, I hope to get your help, thank you very much!

We need to get the word out as well as find a way to fix this since they won’t. Especially since most of my customers (and probably others’) never pay for package protection.
