Electricians

I see electricians in my area (richer mid West) are charging $250-270/h. I don't see much overhead costs. Is it really that lucrative as I think it is? Guessing an utilization rate of 75% of a 40 hour week the labor revenue would be $390k. Am I wrong about the amount of work they have or the hidden costs? My guy had a large van full of tools but that's kind of a one time investment of maybe $100-150k. Thinking about a new career.

How do you find a good designer that can come up with their own ideas?

I'm at the point in my business where I want to hire or contract with a designer who can come up with their own ideas for all design work related to the business including branding, packaging, social media content, and products. I've used different services like UpWork and Fiverr, but I typically have to come up with exactly what I want for the artist/designer to execute it. At this point, I want to be able to find someone who can come up with their own ideas, pass them by me, and then execute on them. I would prefer not to hire a FT for the time being, but I definitely plan on it in the future. How have you guys gone about hiring someone like this? Thanks!

Is it appropriate to ask/How can I respectfully ask regarding a new clients severity of Autism?

Hello all, I run a small martial arts club, and have recently been contacted by a new potential client. They have two autistic daughters who they want to get involved in our classes. Both are autistic and one of the girls is autistic but also has dyspraxia. I feel it is important to find out how they will take to the class, and whether they will struggle to train with our other students or not. I don’t know if it is appropriate to ask, or how to ask about this, without upsetting anyone. Just to clarify. We are more than happy to have anyone train! I just want to make sure the new students are comfortable and able to train efficiently with our current students. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Questions About Starting a Gaming Lounge

So a few days ago I asked this on r/Entrepreneur but unfortunately, nobody really responded, so I'm hoping for a better showing here. I'm looking to start up a gaming lounge. I'm in the very early stages of the entire thing though. I haven't even finished my business plan yet. I'm getting close, just need some information to solidify all my numbers and projections. So anyways, if anyone here owns or has owned a gaming lounge, would I be able to PM you some questions? It's namely stuff that I can't really find the information for myself through Googling.
