ECB Balance Sheet increased by over €300 Billion in one Week

It seems to be related to longer term refinancing operations to euro area credit institutions. Does anyone know any more details as to what is going on here. So far I couldn't find any additional info on this, but it certainly doesn't seem like business as usual. I'd like to know if there is a perfectly good explanation for this, or if this is perhaps a sign of something bigger to come.

I'm moving to another state. Is it absolutely necessary to change my LLC to the new state?

I'm a video producer/editor. I formed an LLC in my state about a year ago. I'll be moving to another state fairly soon, and my annual report is due around the same time. I'm wondering if I should form a new LLC in the new state and merge the old one with it, or just file my report and continue being in the old state while "operating" in the new state. If I were to do the latter, I'd use my parents' permanent address as the new address when filing. Another thing to note is that this move is not "permanent". It'll most likely be 3-5 years - but I heard filing as a foreign LLC is pricey in the long run and a lot of work. I want to do whatever is the least amount of work, which would be to just keep the LLC in the old state. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Is doing business in another state really a big no-no? Will I get in trouble with the feds?

I have been thinking of creating a recruiting agency but not for companies but for start ups so i would ask student and entrepreneurs to submit their Resume that has a idea and their location that way i find them a team of other like minded graduates and entrepreneurs then be their project manager and assist them in starting up so managing them in a way to open their company and asking for a percentage of their company or for them to eventually buy me out...

Can I switch GSC Performance from Daily to Monthly?

In the performance tab of Google Search Console, it shows me daily organic clicks/impressions. The result is a bunch of jagged lines that are hard to interpret. Can I switch the view to monthly? I looked all over and couldnt find it, but seems like it should be a pretty basic feature?

Small business owners have taken a hit from the coronavirus pandemic, and now some experts are concerned that they may see their tax obligations rise as a result of proposals expected from President Biden. “Any small business that is currently teetering on the precipice of closing their business is going to be highly sensitive to any proposed tax increase,” Chelsie Kugler, Vice President of Business Development at finance and accounting firm CFOshare, told FOX Business. The president, who has stated his intention to support small businesses, noted in February that 400,000 had closed since the beginning of the pandemic and millions more were hanging by a thread. President Biden on Wednesday promised to crack down on tax cheats as he proposed an increase in the corporate tax rate and eliminating several perceived loopholes to raise revenue for his $2 trillion infrastructure plan. How to be confident in selling a software product.

I have been developing this software for months and planning to sell it to businesses(small and enterprise level) but I don't know where to start. Like people told me to reach out but I find myself not very much confident to do it and online marketing isn't an option for me because I want to first scale on local level.
